I came in with family from overseas on Saturday around 6:30pm and were helped by Phillip and Luis with getting them setup with SIM cars and plans. They were very honest and upfront with available discounts and all the fees involved. Phillip helped check if the phones could support US bands so we weren't wasting money.

I went this metro corporate store to buy a new IPhone and I was given Excellent Service by Victoria, Pahrean and Elrianna. All of them were kind, professional, knowledgeable and went over and beyond in services. They answered All my questions, they were patient and made sure I knew how to work the phone. Have never received anything less than great service from this location and the service for phone. It's better than any of the major providers where you want to have vulture sales people trying to gauge you.
