I love this location! The people are always kind, the inside is clean, the burgers are always 10/10, the food is always made with love and is fresh, also the main thing I go here for is their vanilla iced coffee with caramel drizzle, I have never had my coffee drowned with creamer, I love that about this location, they put just a hint of creamer that way you can actually taste the fresh coffee, I love it! (My dog loves this location too with all the love he gets!)

This McDonald's was clean and had the newer interior. It has both a cash registers and kiosks for orders. it also has a small play space for children.

When I went there, there was a small line and the manager was quick to open up another register. I had a sausage McMuffin egg meal and some hotcakes and sausage. Same high-quality as always.

Plastic straws, the original red packaging for large fries and self-serve fountains…nostalgic and loving it so much😭❤the oil is super fresh. What a gem!

I actually ordered food twice in the past few days in both cases everything was hot, and prepared great...
By great, i mean the pickles were not in a pile, there was not too much condiments on the sandwiches, the bun toasting was excellent too!
Fries were hot both times, and the quantity was great!

Might be one of my best experiences with a McDonalds

I was craving the fries! This is the thing I eat at Micky Ds. This location was super clean, looked new. I love that the kitchen looked big and roomy. I could see the fry station. Ample light and room for movement makes for less breathing onto my food. I would go to this location again. The dining area was super clean as well. Service was excellent. 5 star well deserved.

the line was going pretty slow (they looked understaffed) but giving 5 stars for the worker who took our order tonight! Went around 10pm on Thursday. Don't know his name but he was very friendly and had great customer service skills :-)

The staff here are all so friendly! They are hella nice and one of them even took the time to go outside to give me my orde (she didn't need to) and complimented my dog

Honestly this was probably the best McDonald's I've gone to in California. Wait staff was on point and patient (we had a couple of special requests), clearly labeled in the bag. Fries were hot, salty and fresh and service was quick. Great job by this team on a Sunday afternoon

Food was good service was fast. Men's bathroom had a horrible stench to it not like some1 used it but just a fowl nasty smell that smacks you in the face when you open the door.

Update it has been remodeled. Looks great and smell is gone. Definitely recommend.
Morning manager (tall lady) very nice and makes sure your order is correct. One of my fav McDonald's.

I've been coming here for two years now. This is my favorite McDonald's in the area when I want to eat and relax. The Staff here are all friendly and top-notch people! The food here is always fresh and consistent, and the fries are never under or over-cooked and are seasoned just right.

There are other good McDonald's in this area, but I like the seating arrangement here the best. Great Wi-Fi too!

%Hey have upgraded customer service. That is self service kiosk to order. It was fast and very convenient. The place is clean. Great service. Parking is good. You can also order online. Online customers have their own parking. McDonald personnel will bring your order to you. Good job.

As McDonald's go. .. This place rocks. Clean, neat and modern. This is not five stars compared with other sit down restaurants. But compared with other McDonald's. I used to camp out here to work sometimes. Brighter and less crowded than coffee shops, and good Internet. At&t.

It's good for a treat but not everyday. If you don't tolerate milk bring lactose pills the ice cream is good.

One of the best McDonald's around. I forgot to select no cheese on my burgers and the manger have me 2 new ones with no questions. Bathrooms were clean and the staff was working hard. The bar is set for other McDonald's.

They got the best customer service, and make the best sundaes!!!!

We were visiting Napa Valley and we were ready to eat, they were quick and everything was hot when we sat to eat! Happy tummy means happy traveling 😋

as a guest.They try to police the number of homeless people who steal free soda and other disrespectfull customers who mess up the tables because of one item was not communicated or miss understood and its done on purpose. service is great they make it an effort and purpose to do their best to meet the needs of the customers. including not limited to replacing the fries of a customer making large outrageous orders, paying with 100 doller bills and changing order after they been process and demanding a refund. the customer making their numbers go up. Sometimes guest and young kids vandalising their tables. They make it an effort to explain and try to make up for any machiene problem they have if its ice cream machiene failure or a credit card swipe machiene disfunction.

customer service is great. u cant come to mcdonalds and expect 5 star meal and the service is great. the only problem ive seen with it is low amount of diversity in staff from white employees and low amount of staff members who can fill up that gap
