Tafoya Window Coverings

I'm confused by these previous ratings because I couldn't have had a more different experience. My master bedroom has a huge 8' arched window with curved ceilings and just finding an arched window curtain rod was a lot of work and I only found one that would work with curved ceilings but due to the arch, left a gap between the curtains and the bottom of the window; anyone could walk up to my house and look inside (see photo). I was referred to Tafoya Window Coverings by my best friend as he did all her downstairs windows. The owner was extremely professional, punctual and it was a smooth process from the estimate to the installation. The staff in the office were also very good at communicating and returning phone calls. I'm now having him do two other windows because I'm so in love with the results, look and service I received.

Great job, professional, and highly recommended. I have recommended them to multiplefriends and family members. I will be using them again after my kitchen is finished being remodeled 😊

We were supposed to have our blinds hung in October November and we paid extra for it to be a rush job and done in a day. They sent a crew of workers they found on taskrabbit or Craigslist who had no idea idea what they were doing and left after dark with half the project finished, at most. Despite paying extra for the rush, they only arrived to finish the job over a month later. They needed two more trips over the course of several months to actually finish the job and never once even offered a refund on the rush money. They em ever installed the cleats for the drawstrings and never installed the motorized timer they sold us. Terrible business acumen all around.

They came to install Sutter we order for our Motel , Their workmanship is very poor they don’t even know the assembly’ of the sutter leaving gap big enough that people can see from out side .. All post and hinges are so loose you can turn them and when we ask, we were told that you neat picking but it was just not assembling the sutter that even Steave himself don’t want recognized that he doesn’t not know how to stop post to make stable and when I show him how to do it , he doesn’t want to do it because they have to remove whole frame from window it’s lots of work well if that’s the case you should do it right at first time .. his installers setting torque so high that screws were going through the frame I can go on n on but if I hire professional I shouldn’t be supervising them so we fired them ..
