Scotty's Landing

Rusteak and homie. The food was awesome the service was great. The servers or quite attentive. Kind of makes you feel like you're on a tropical island overlooking the river. The owner John is a real hoot. You can rent tubes for $4 and float down the river and have an awesome time. I will be returning. Thank Scotty's landing it was awesome. Definitely a thumbs up 😊

Great place to chill eat and fish. Weekends they have bands of all sorts. Winter time ya can't get ta Scotty's. Due to the weather roads get closed cause the water covers the roads. If ya aint been ta Scotty's Boat Landing ya really need ta check it out.

The vibe is old days and fun times.

We celebrated my son's 50th birthday so we had a large group. We had been to the lake so arrived at 7:30. Even though they usually close at 8 the entire staff were happy to serve us.

The food was excellent. I had fish & chips. The fried fish was the tastiest I have had. My son had French Dip & he said It was the best he ever had too. Everyone loved their food & how welcome we felt.

Definitely making this restaurant a regular in my restaurant adventures.

Amazing staff!! Great food and beers!! 💜 My daughter was having a temper tantrum and didn't want to go and wanted to go somewhere else and the server was so kind to cheer her up. She brought her a coloring book and a fancy Shirley temple drink to brighten her spirits. It was very sweet! She soon started laughing and smiling afterwards and the tantrum was over. We will definitely be back again!

We found this place on accident me and my friend. I bought the fish and chips and a couple beers and Not only was the pricing very affordable but the food was amazing. They also make their own homemade tartar sauce. They have a humongous back area that overlooks the river and they have live music on the weekends. I highly suggest this place to anybody that area.

My favorite "dive joint"! A great place to hang out on the Sacramento River. Descent food & good people. A perfect destination for a motorcycle or hot rod trip.

Best burger and fries in the WORLD! YOU MUST GO HERE!!! Every single item on the menu is great, alcohol is great, vibe is river chic, and it is an all around great chill out zone. Reservations available. Outside patio seating. Live music. GO!

One of my favorite places. A Chico legend! A dive bar with swamp bayou ambiance and delicious food. Some live music in the summer. A must stop for those summer floats down the Sacramento river.

One of the last old school locals spots in Chico. Everyone knows it as a gathering place for floating but if you are looking for a great deal come on Friday and have the prime rib.

They also have live music often and the staff is always friendly.

Had great fun at their open Mic night. Great fries, onion rings, and grilled cheese sandwiches. Cute, hippy/eclectic decorating and comfortable atmosphere by the river!

Scotty's is an amazing jungle paradise with the nicest staff an customers. It is so relaxing to sit in the cool breeze by the river while the rest of town cooks. The jazz band plays every first and third Sundays at noon, come enjoy the flowers and hummingbirds!

When you walk into Scotty's landing you get a very distinct warm and homey feel, everyone is friendly. It has a very laid back feel, two real working fire places and lot's of things to look at in every nook and cranny. Our waitress was very friendly and very attentive and the food came to us in orderly time. Now as someone who home cooks, the food was awesome! You can taste the love that is put into it. The clam chowder was A+ for depth of flavor and texture. This is not your run of the mill restaurant style clam chowder, it's something extra special. We split the Prime Rib dinner. The Prim Rib was perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth with each bite. I'm not usually a fan of russets bake potatoe's, but found my self eating the whole thing. I was very satisfied and very happy at the end of our meal.

Scotty's is a local landmark on the Sacramento River here in Chico! It is a place that has just always been here.... great food, beverages and beautiful views! It's just a wonderful setting to hangout with friends or to meet new ones. I love to sit on the patio and just enjoy the beauty of the river, have a burger and ice cold tea!

I dig the hell out of it. Bartenders are great. Server Korrina is so friendly, happy and accommodating. Love it when they have live music. 10 Stars

It's real dirty...stuff laying all around. And smells very strong like urine inside by bar area. Floor boards are rotten under mats going outside( be careful walking outside to the patio)

What a wonderful place to grab a burger or drink. True Chico landmarker and the owner is the nicest guy. Don't forget to stop in after your float you won't regret it.

Reminds me of too many younger days on the river. Fun place still to this day.
