Absolutely great experience! Everyone at the shop was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had brought out Genesis GV60 for an alignment to the dealership first, but despite us asking for them to check it twice, the car was still pulling to the left. We brought it to CR Auto Center after looking at online reviews, and they inspected it for us right away. Once they figured out the issue, they had it fixed within the hour. Thank you for your help!

I have the worst luck with mechanics and dealers but not this time. I took my 2023 EV Genesis to CR Auto Center for alignment concerns, after the dealer let me down. They took the time to show me the issue, had me confirm it was fixed, and brought in multiple mechanics to confirm and fix the issue.

Got stranded on the freeway and they were very accommodating! Car was ready the next morning! Thank you for your quick and reliable service. Would recommend to a friend!

Christian was so helpful. A national chain tried to tell me that my shocks and struts needed to be replaced and i brought it here for a second opinion. He did a detailed inspection, walked through why my shocks were fine and aligned my tired and my car is good as new. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thanks Christian!

I went to CR Auto Center to have my car checked before going for a long drive during the holidays. Christopher ran the auto safety inspection and then explained to me in detail the issues of my car. Christopher is very knowledgeable and patient; he answered all my questions and concerns about my car. Recently, the mechanic I've used for years went out of business. I had no clue where to go - a mechanic is someone you learn to trust over years. I picked CR and it couldn't have been a better choice. Honest, super fair pricing, and great, quick work. I brought my Civic in on a Tuesday with some issues to work out - they told me half of my issues actually weren't even issues and are all good. I asked them to take a look and see everything they could find wrong to fix, and they came back with two or three things and got them fixed. I've had experiences with mechanics that'll really take advantage of that, but not here - highly recommend!

This place is amazing! I went to them for three flat tire repairs every time, no wait! Super cost effective! Always great with a smile! And the tires they repaired all lasted until the tire actually had to be replace! I love this place! Recommend this to all people! They are honest, reliable, unlike other mechanics, straight to the point! The best place in all of the Los Angeles area and Manhattan beach!!

Went to Cr AutoCenter for a Oil change inspection for my Honda Civic 2017. The Service folks are friendly they came to my attention promptly. They gave me a fair base price for the oil change and inspection. anything they found they told me what is was what i needed and what was not. thank you guys for your services.

I was traveling from San Diego to Hanford Ca early morning 12/2/2022, on the 405 North, it was raining and I was traveling alone when my car started shaking! I didn't know where I was all I new was that I needed to get my car fixed. I changed lanes to the far right to the nearest exit. Thank God as I got of the exit there I saw a car repair CR Auto Center place. Right away they approach my car and ask if they can help. I told him what I was experiencing, he told me where to park. In minutes they checked and told me what was wrong with my car. In less than an hour and so my car was fix besides that they were busy. I hope I don't have car troubles again but I will recommend this place in a heartbeat. Great Service and great prices. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They’re friendly and helpful. I first came here back in May because my car popped it’s belt. I pulled into a residential area and waited for AAA to come tow me. I googled “mechanics near me” and noticed that CR auto was literally down the street, so I just had my car towed there. The initial service was quick. I decided to leave my car there for a few days so they could fix everything that was wrong with my car, since it’s 10+ years old and before then I hadn’t really done more than basic maintenance. They quoted me a good price (compared to the dealership mechanic, who I was initially going to take my car to before my belt snapped.) After they fixed my car everything was good.

Around October I noticed my tire sensor and check engine light was on, so I took it back to CR auto, they told me it was because I had a bad sensor. They informed me that it would be more cost effective if I just payed for the sensor (which I was going to have to do anyway) and put it on myself, since it was a simple process. Overall both experiences I’ve had with them have been good! And I have even recommended them to my mom.

I been coming here since around 6 months! They are great! No line! In and out service, they waste no time in getting the job done, and accurately! The best job ever, cost effective! The always greet with a good Morning or hello! Very personable and this is my cars home away from home when it needs repairs, there and BMW which BMW is not cost effective, super expensive, snotty and keep you waiting! This place is the opposite! This place is the Yin and BMW IS the yang! When I leave there I feel Zen, and when I leave BMW there is always still some problem! I choose here when it doesn’t have to do with electrical! I only wish other places where as GREAT AS HERE! Boom amazing!🤯👍♥

I was referred to this shop from another shop for brakes. I was completely satisfied with the service I received, and the price was right as
well!

My husband and I have been customers at CR Auto Center for about 2 years and have been very happy with the professional service and work. Last week I needed to get new brakes on my car and some other minor fixes. They told me to drop the car off any day. So I did at 8am the next day and about 1 hour later it was ready. They made sure to follow the social distancing rules-asked me to pull the car up and to leave the driver’s door open so they could disinfect before they started working. They followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was good with the car. Highly recommend them!

I showed up with short notice and they dropped what they were doing to take care of a spot-welding issue I needed to take care of. It did not take too long to take care of the issue, but they were professional, courteous, prompt and very customer oriented.
I don't write many reviews and I am not affiliated with CR but had to send a shout out because of their customer service.

I am very pleased with their service. Chris was very helpful and truthful with what my car needed. My car is a bit old and now that he’s fixed what needed to be fixed I feel secure and happy with how it is running. He didn’t inflate the prices and took care of my needs. Highly recommend CR Auto.

Thank you, Christian, for repairing our 2014 Mazda CX-5 when it was overheating. You communicated extremely well throughout the entire repair process by sending pictures and respectfully explaining the options. It’s something all shops should do!

Moved into my apartment in the Southbay recently and my car's radiator hose exploded in a cloud of steam. Picked up the part at Autozone, had AAA (0/5 for the tow company) tow the car the rest of the way to CR Auto Center, and explained my problem. No upselling: these guys explained to me every step of the issue, was provided a really reasonable estimate -- and best of all, held themselves to their estimate. Give them a call; they're super friendly and knowledgeable. Total bill came out to a little over $200 for replacing a radiator hose connector, oil/filter synthetic change, coolant refill, and tire rotation.

I would rate these guys a 5/5. Truly honest, reasonable, and professional mechanics. I am super happy!
