Water heater sprung a leak at 7pm, we have relatives in town, so we couldn’t really wait to have it fixed the next day. Technician Bryan R. was at our home within an hour of my call. He was able to repair the leak and service the water heater. The service was excellent! Bryan was knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you!

I had a clogged kitchen drain at 7:30 PM. I called Roto-Rooter and someone actually answered the phone at night. Bryan R was at my house within 30 minutes. He was professional and extremely courteous. He unclogged my drain and also replaced my 12 year old garbage disposal in the same visit. He did a great job! On top of that, he was friendly, courteous and very accommodating to my requests and questions.

We had a water leak right before Christmas. Luis and Brian both responded and was able to determine location of our water leak. It was underneath the cement slab for the house. They were able to reroute the line trough the ceiling. They were just finishing up when another valve broke. It was dark and they just kept working and replaced the valve. I was very impressed with the way the employees were able to track down problems and always kept us informed.

Happy with the service and how quick they came out to service our plumbing issues. Both the technician and manager were detailed in explaining the problem and solution. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
