Samco Food Store (#1)

One word for this place- BUSY. But great. There is a reason they're packed- they have a great combination of things going for them. Friendly employees, great prices on fuel, good specials on alcohol (full selection, not just beer, but they have a full "beer cave"), cheap fountain drinks with the local favorite- crushed ice, a stand-alone Lotto machine and a milkshake machine.
The store is a bit of a drive for me but it's one of the only places I purchase fuel for my vehicles. It's the best gas station in Oildale.

Samco is just a great little store/gas station. They always seem to hire, and retain, some of the nicest and genuinely friendly people around. Good or bad, everything always rolls downhill so you know the owners themselves must be very good people too. Well done Samco!

I love samco. They have crushed ice for their fountain drinks as well flavored syrup. Hot bomb food. Milk shakes, fidget spinners, phone chargers and you can gas up your vehicle. Place is awesome.

At that time, I lived in oildale california as EXTENDED UNIVERSITY CSUN student. I went there before for pulling up gas. Second time, I went there for restroom when I walked. Also I went there at less than few times for pulling gas. Not so bad gas station near dounts store. More easier for walking to buy dounts and coffee; and then walking back to gas station for getting in a car. That is so neat idea. Good customer service with full of paitence and more understandable about dounts store near.

I love love their fountain bar. Especially the one in my neighborhood. You can add different flavors to your drinks.

Good prices on the soda fountain and no matter how busy they are they get you through quickly. Love the fried burritos.

always a long line with onley one cashier working and one standing talking your guaranteed 10 minutes in line if it werent cheap and convenient location i wouldnt go

They have all kinds of great deals from cheap soda to corn dogs chimichangas fried burritos potato wedges chicken wedges and more

When north of the river this is the only store that I use because of their service their I can say that they value you as a customer if you don't stop here you are missing out.
