I recently visited and all I have to say is WOW! They exceeded my expectations with their great customer service despite being short-staffed. The store was quite busy when I visited, and the lines were quite long. However, the workers remained calm and polite throughout, even in the face of some rude customers. They were patient, friendly, and attentive to mine and others needs. Overall, I highly recommend Windsor to anyone who is looking for great customer service and great clothing! You can rest assured that they will do their best to make your experience a positive one even during busy hours. :)

Yvette was absolutely 👏 amazing.
We went in to get my daughter a prom dress, and we couldn't find exactly what she envisioned for herself, or anything that really fit. She was devastated......... so I decided to ask someone to help us even tho my daughter was very anxious to do so.... Yvette ended up educating us on dress sizes and how to dress for her body type! To cut the story, she was quick amazing help the first dress she picked in my daughter's color preference WAS AMAZING GORGEOUS AND EXACTLY WHAT SHE had envisioned! MY BABY, left the happiest she was ever going to be with her choice! Thank to thank you
