Everyone here is really nice. Letty is very helpful and available when she's needed. She really does everything she can to get you the right company, at a price for you. She makes the process stress free and fast. I've never had a complaint. Highly recommend coming here.

Very professional, knowledgeable and kind people working here. Everyone we've spoken to are bilingual. They're available more than most companies, closing late and being availabe Saturdays is amazing. We've been coming to Letty for about 5 years now and she has always made time when we need her. We've added and removed cars a few times and always gives the best quotes. Yes, there are broker fees, they shouldn't work for free, but she tells you everything before hand and never takes it personally if you back out or "search" elsewhere. I always recommend friends and family to come here and will continue to do so.

They have great customer service, Letty was super efficient to help me work out any issues that came up and get the right insurance for me. She made the process feel stress free unlike some other company's and represtatives I've experienced. Highly recommend her!

Easiest experience ive had starting w/a new ins company. The lady,(Chloe, i believe) was on it! Fast,efficient, helpfull and seemed very knowledgable of her job, what i was wanting, and made it happen. I hung up the phone feeling well informed. This lady sounded very young but dealt w/me like shes been doing this for years! Chloe,(i think that was your name) thank you again for your AWESOME customer service!

Great Insurance if you have multiple cars . The Insurance Agent Chloe Mendoza is a wonderful person that really wants to help you . When I had a flat tire the tow truck from the premium insurance was here in less than an hour .
