Enjoyed our meal very much. Neat little place. Service was somewhat scattered but overall good. Good sized portions.

Wow!! The food was amazing, service was amazing and overall my wife and I were impressed..

The salsa was a great mixed between sweet spicy and Smokey.

We ordered the fajitas, and wow!! The taste was amazing, tons of meat and veggies.

The authenticity in their food and taste was mind blowing.

Stumpled onto this gem driving down hwy 99 in Bakersfield. I loved the steak and chicken fajitas, great portions and price! Service was excellent with tasty drinks. Will come back soon.

Nice quaint place. I ordered the enchilada salad. The salad was crisp and the enchiladas were delicious. My husband got the chile verde and he was happy. I like how they serve their beverages in giant mason jars. My husband liked their horchata. A solid place for Mexican food.

This Is Bakersfield On a Plate With The Triple Enchiladas Plate Superb Rice and Beans Are Always Taken For Granted But Here I Thought Mama Was Cooking in The Kitchen and The Free Chios And Salsa Were Hot Crunchy and Salsa Mild Flavorful and 2nds are always Welcomed Most Restaurants Now Charge This as Appetizers! My Server Christian Always on Point and His Ice Cold Micheladas Can Compete with the Best of Them! I Am a Menudo Officinado🥣 and Another One of the Reasons I Eat Here Regularly! Possibly the most perfect fish tacos I've ever had. I didnt expect this. Its a small restaurant but they've got BIG things happening in the kitchen! Large portions too. Go here for comfort and excellent cuisine.

Best salsa-thick & spicy,🌶the food is so delicious❣ service is always fast & friendly. Smells good from outside the place too. The are now opek for dining in. The margaritas are very good Top shelf get a designated driver 👌

This place is amazing the food is authentic Mexican food, the place was clean and welcoming the two guys that were working today Dec 29 2023 in the morning during breakfast hours were hard working Mexican guys, they took good care of my mom and they deserve to get a bonus for their great service, I recommend this place to all people passing by Bakersfield on their way to Vegas or LA, I hope my honest review helps you and your family find a great Mexican place to have breakfast.

A regular stop as we pass thru because this is authentic home made food. The best Mexican restaurant in California, north or south. Try the enchilada salad w/pepita's dressing, brilliant idea!

Their food preparation here is outstanding. An inticing presentation of a delicious meal served in a clean restaurant, in addition to excellent customer service made this visit a very enjoyable dining experience. I will be a return customer, and I highly recommend this place. The staff are very hospitible and the food point!

Was there yesterday the cashier/host was super sweet and helpful as well as the bartender/server. Had the Chile verde hard shell tacos which was SUPER GOOD!!.. will be returning!

When we first arrived, I wasn’t sure about the area, but when we walked through the door Pearl the hostess waitress seated us right away, was on top of drinks. Fresh chips, and salsa friendly smile was amazing and the food was some of the best food, I’ve eaten at a Mexican restaurant in a long time. I gave this place a five star and I would recommend it to everyone ♥♥

Our waitress Pearl was friendly and informative. Salsa was light and refreshing! We enjoyed their savory and delicious Fajitas. Looking at other people's plates we wanted to try the whole menu. We will be back if we pass through again. 🧡

After covid it has become rare to go out to a restaurant and leave feeling satisfied that the experience was worthwhile. Here is the exception to the new reality of eating out. I ordered the sizzling steak enchiladas, and as the name suggests they came out sizzling. It was a mix between fajitas and enchiladas. Lots of different vegetables all tasting fantastic, and the enchiladas were still enchiladas. 10/0 would come back here again.

Had an amazing time at this wonderful restaurant their little twists of Classic Fair were amazing, their Hacienda version of wings with homemade ranch was incredible and it was the best guacamole we've had in years! :-) Josselyn was an absolute dream
