Cut Rate Auto Parts

Not a fancy big box store but that is what is so great about it. During my quick in and out trip I noticed SO many things that the O'ther stores don't carry as far as automotive tools. I will absolutely be returning on a more leisurely visit, not just because of an emergency.

Other than the fact that the representative (counter guy) didn't know what day in the week it was. He was professional in his knowledge of spark plugs.

These guys really go the extra mile to get you the parts you need at seriously low prices!!;And top quality parts also!!:Plus I like supporting small family owned businesses like this one!

I had a rear window wiper that was bad and troublesome .
As always, they figured it out and installed the new one.

I have lived in Shelton for five years and this business is first class. Knowledgeable people who hard work to solve problems. I have also found they stand behind their products and will refund the purchase price if the item is defective. Simply Awesome!

Employees showed great customer service. They helped me get exactly the part I needed for my vehicle, and I didn't have to wait.

Always helpful and pretty quick unless busy doing so and even then they are pretty attentive. I would say they are (within reason) a mini auto shop before needing an auto shop.

Excellent Customer Service! Awesome Auto Parts Store!! TY for much for helping me May 30, 2017. My radiator blew, and I had to get home to Oregon. This store had a man patch my radiator with a kit I purchased from them. It was my 63rd birthday, & I made to my home in OR that day!

They had what we were looking for and have a good variety of products in store. The staff were friendly and helpful, like them a lot.

If you ever pass through a small town on Sunday night with everything shut down around 8pm and your car dies  (it is Toyota Rav, its not supposed die, yes who would ever believe at our age) and you have to pay over$80 for motel ( is like none start hotel ) you would think how are we going to get home. No fear,  CUT RATE AUTO PART is your savior, we got the car towed to the store, we bought the battery from them and they came out in the rain and installed for free, and we were able to get home. Great people and Great service,  THANK YOU very much for your help !!!

Knowledgeable, nice, courteous, respectful folks. Quality products and fair and reasonable prices. Would absolutely choose this place over the generic big "chain" auto stores. Thankful that places like this still exist.

Always fast friendly service. Good prices. With 7 cars and racecars we are always in need of something and either they stock it or can have it the next morning.
