Red Wing - Bakersfield, CA

It was my first time into a Red Wing store, and from the moment I walked in, my entire experience was amazing. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. I never experienced anything like that before, especially at a boot store. I will definitely be going back for another pair real soon.

My company has a program that partially cover the cost of work boots.

Also, based on the reviews Rolled Wings are showing the best for choice for safety.

All I can say is Red Wings are awesome and number one I will never buy another boot for work or play and I know being on my feet for 16 to 20 hours a day nobody beats Red Wings or the Bakersfield redwing store.thank you For all you do!

Best work shoe I've ever worn.

Working here from out of state. I needed new boots, stopped in this store since it was on the way to site. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. Sabrina, helped me out. She was very helpful! I asked about certain boots since I have “flat feet”. She gave lots of advice on which boots work well and the type of inserts. Would recommend coming here. She was awesome!

The employee present was extremely helpful and polite. This was my first time buying RedWing and I was much impressed with the process.

Went in to buy some work boots and was blown away by the customer service and the technology that they used to find out what kind of feet I had!!! They had me stand on what looked like a pressure plate to show how my feet supported my body and after a few recommendations from the computer they measured my feet buy hand to give me an exact measurement!!! They have a huge selection of boots to choose from they are a bit pricey but with the service/repair guarantee it's worth it.

Very helpful and willing to ship in a discontinued and hard to find boot. Even while I was in the store I overheard excellent customer service to the other patrons. Keep it up!

Staff was very friendly and very helpful, I bought a pair of boots 2 months ago and something in the material made me feel break out they exchanged my boot for hopefully a better pair . That was awesome of them

Excellent costumer service. The older gentleman at the shop was very helpful and courteous. The shop itself is very clean and organized. If they don't have what you're looking for they will order it for you.

I came in today and the staff was very friendly. A woman helped me look at different shoes and steered me towards my best options. I did not find exactly what I needed, but I will likely return in the future!

Bought new steel toe boots for work. They are a little more expensive, but the comfort and protection they offer is surpassed by none.

This is the place to go for boots in Bakersfield CA! The staff is well knowledgeable and super friendly. The customer service is definitely their too priority!
