Good deals on fabrics. Big selection. Happy with the trip! Building looked old as dirt lights were dimmed. Staff was amazing. Walked out paying less than half of what I thought I would. Would highly reccomend for their sales.

The bathrooms have been not working for weeks. Just a note for all the older ladies who can't hold it well.
Otherwise the store is clean and has what I need in stock and seasonal things I love, and didn't know I needed.

Made a curb side pickup order for this location. Was very easy to find. Well designated pickup spaces in the front. The lady that brought out my order was timely and super polite. Also, it is very easy to leave the parking lot onto the road and back onto the freeway. Very convenient for me(yay)☺

The Big Twist yarn has become one of my favorites. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. I like the pick up store option but wish we could apply more coupons upon check out in the app like we are able to do so in store. Maybe it is just me, but their rewards program is a little confusing on how to use them. All in all Joann is a great place because they always have great sales going on.

Always has good variety especially the seasonable items. Prices are reasonable to other craft stores I've been to. Staff is friendly as well as knowledgeable of products sold. Store is clean & easy access.

Clean, beautiful, great prices. Customer service needs a bit of help, but the Cashiers were quite adorable, and very kind. Definitely a good place to go. Great selections always

The ladies are super sweet. I got there before they closed and they were still very helpful I didn’t feel like they were trying to hurry me but instead told me to take my time no worries.

Always has great saleson material, manager was a little rude when I asked for a price on lamp. She said she had to go help at the front counter and than would come back to help me..kind of left me hanging instead of sending someone to help me. Eventually she came back but customer service was not on point needs to be worked on. Still my favorite store.

Helpful, My truck seat was coming apart at the seam. They showed me what tread to use and what needle I needed.

The people that work there are amazing and very helpful not to mention friendly and attentive. The moment you walk in, you are greeted and also asked if you need any help with finding a certain item. Overall this place is awesome

I went right in found what I wanted and got out rather quickly. I had minimal wait at the cutting table and was able to go to the front cashier not having to wait in a line. I just wish every trip to the fabric store was this easy.

Hadn't been here in years, but there are a lot of fabrics to pick from. I had an easy visit.

They had a lot of stuff but the store seemed a little unorganized or something it was just messy I guess is the best way to put it but I was able to find what I wanted and everyone that works there was very helpful so I have no real complaints about shopping there and every one of the Jo-Ann Fabric stores are really nice they hire good people. The prices were pretty affordable as well and they have good coupon deals you can either go online and get them on your phone and they'll take them that way or you can bring them in or print them off of your computer from the internet and it saves a lot of money that's what I did and I saved about half of what the price was by using a coupon

What a great store! First time at this location and it was neat, clean and well stocked. My wife and I were impressed at what they had. Much more than a fabric store with a great variety of crafts too!

This store is so awesome...I'm suppose to pickup at curbside, and as I rolled into the parking lot, I haven't even checked in yet, and a store associate was already walking out with my order...I haven't even parked...super fast service...I'm impressed!!!!
