I own a small RV rental business in Chico and there is nowhere else I will bring my rigs for repair. Ron and his crew are friendly, honest and I can count on them to do the job right every time. Don't take your RV anywhere else.

Excellent service! I wouldn't trust anyone else to service my RV. Employees were kind, professional, knowledgeable and willing to take time to answer questions.

Since 2018 and like a thousand other neighbors, I became an instant Camp Fire “RV camper” with zero knowledge of what I was doing. Several times Paula sent their crew out to get the lights back on, fridge working, and toilet unplugged, quickly and at reasonable prices. Then the 2020 pandemic hit, and they lost a lot of their crew, and weren’t doing out-of-shop calls, but answered all my questions about the problem, then gave me a list of 6 people to call, in order of best qualified. I highly recommend them, and hope they can find qualified techs to do house calls again, soon.

My wife and I had a huge electrical issue with our manufactured electric plus our recently installed complex solar system. Ron, the owner understands solar and solar systems in great detail.

Amazingly they found solutions to both of electrical issues, repaired them and we were back on the pavement. There work and pricing is more than reasonable and fair.

Every single person in this business goes above and beyond with attitude and competence. This company does not just repair your coach, they serve you!

Ron and Jake were super helpful and professional. They took care of my AC and broken pipes on my trailer in incredible time. No waiting weeks for simple parts like the last repair guy I had. I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs repairs. Ron and Jake are reliable, experienced workers who know what they are doing.

The parts I needed for my RV were not available at Ron's so he told me to go to Campers Corral in Red Bluff. That was very kind of him and I appreciate them for previous help too. What I bought previously was perfect and came in quickly also.

Great service! I received a quick response and had a technician arrive within a day of my call. Very professional, and did what they could to make our existing equipment work. It's easy to be a parts changer and replace equipment without diagnosing the problem. Ron's rv service made what I had work at a great cost. Would recommend to anyone in the northstate.

I've had Ron's come to Paradise on a service call and about a year later I bought a used air conditioning unit from them. Both times they've been courteous, honest, and helpful. I would recommend them if you need any RV service or parts. A friend recommended them and that's why I called them.

Outstanding service, my black tank was not holding! Had a minor mess this morning, called Ron’s RV, about options, told in town for a week, but desperately needed something done, they put me in front, was there in an hour, replaced gate and cable in two hours! Need anything call them, busy but there is a reason! THANK YOU!

Jake, the mobile repair guy is awesome! Again he has came out and saved my Camp Fire Family in my driveway!!! I will never use any one else but Ron's RV, they ALWAYS DO AMAZING WORK!!!

Flat tire on our travel trailer, called AAA, Eric came to our rescue. Very nice young man, efficient, friendly. Got the spare put on, and off to Walmart for 2 new tires.
