I highly recommend Mr. Whitten and his colleagues at Campbell & Whitten. You can count on them to get the best outcome with your case. I was looking at a 17 year prison term no less. But after speaking to Mr. Whitten and getting them to look into my case they were able to literally change the outcome of my future and get the case resolved which didn’t involve prison not even jail time. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me. I highly recommend Campbell and Whitten to anyone who is in need of proper counsel.

Clayton Campbell and his team are the real deal. I had some bogus charges that I could have gone away for several years for so I called Campbell Whitten and had a meeting with Clayton, told him my situation and he took care of everything. I didn't even need to go to court! You pay more than fair price with these guys and get top level legal representation. If you’re looking for a really great criminal defense lawyer, you need to call Campbell Whitten. Trust me on this one, these guys are the best. I was facing felony charges and the DA made me an offer of 2 years in prison and offered my co-defendant 16 months in prison. my co-defendant took the 16 months and the lawyer I had basically told me I was an idiot if I didnt take the 2 years. I almost took his advice but a friend told me I should call Campbell Whitten first, and man am I glad I did. I went in and talked to Jesse Whitten, and right away he told me that he thought I had a good defense. I didn’t know whether to believe him or not, but decided to give them a chance. Jesse went in, argued my case, and negotiated a deal for 7 days in jail instead of 2 years in prison! He told me he could probable get the case dismissed altogether if I wanted to fight it, but I decided I was happy with the offer of 7 days in jail.
I have had a few minor legal problems since, and their whole firm has always been super helpful. I know there busy but they always find a way to make time for me, all three lawyers at the firm (Jesse, Clayton, and Sam) not only known what they were doing, but have gone out of their way to help me. If you ever have problems with the law, there is no one better to have on your side.

I had a very long drawn out complicated case. I saught out the best and I got it. I was up on 7 felony charges, the DA wanted time. Jesse whitten was extremely knowledgeable and he was successful in the out come. If you want the best look no further. Seriously, call these guys. The office is beautiful the staff are wonderful. The attorneys are smart and know what they are doing. Put all that aside and know you are hiring someone who cares about their clients. I got what I wanted from the out come and Jesse was with me every step of the way. He was literally a email or call away. He made me feel like a human not just a client. I did have interaction with Clayton and he's awesome too. Sam was successful in getting my ticket dropped and that was just a extra thing during all this. I gotten a ticket a pretty serious one. He went on my behalf and it was dropped. This firm is amazing at what they do. If you need defending call these guys Campbell Whitten you won't be sorry I promise.

Very friendly and down to earth. And the bottom line is they are much more affordable than a lot of the other law offices in town and yet managed to get me a better deal than the "other guys" regarding a nearly identical case (violating probation). They also offered me extra services at no extra charge. These guys seem to really care about their clients and making sure they have the best outcome. Even if i was rich and could afford a $50,000 lawyer, I'd probably still come back to these guys - although knock on wood I never need to.

These guys are awesome. They are not like your typical lawyers. They don't make empty promises, they give it to you straight, and i didn't feel like they just wanted my money. These guys don't feed you B.S. They take the time to listen to you and answer your questions. They really go to bat for you and their paralegal. Ms.Theresa Tate is a guardian angel. I felt like i was always protected. There fees are affordable. I will always have their number on speed dial ; esp with how police treat people, prosecutors just worried about their conviction rate and corrupted Judges.

I am a normal hard working family man. I never thought I would be in trouble with the law, or would need to hire a lawyer, but I found myself in the wrong place at the wrong time and next thing I knew, I had been charged with a felony and was looking at going to prison.
