So much nicer than other sites. I went to the one on mount Vernon and they weren’t really helpful at all even if i had an appointment they didn’t help. Then I went to the one on Ming and I was attended quickly without an appointment

Went to the VS location on Ming, and was immediately helped by Officer Henry Espino.
He went above and beyond explaining literally everything credit related to my little sister, along with advice. Extremely helpful, quick, knowledgeable and professional.

I hope I am using the right location. Patty at the contact center helped me and she was absolutely amazing. There was a extremely odd+rare accidental double charge with my school, and Patty was extremely understanding and walked me through getting it resolved and she also validated my frustration. The double charge was from my school (which ended up being on the school's fault). Honestly, Patty's service really was relieving and helpful for me. Her hospitality absolutely made my day. She is a keeper, give her a raise!!!

Cher was an amazing associate that helped me through the entire process. She was thorough and informative throughout the whole experience. Thank you guys again for always helping me with my financial needs.
