Our technician Lee is absolutely fantastic! We have used him for over 10 years and have only ever received excellent service from him! We’ve used him for regular pest control at our home and business as well as one-off bee removal. Lee is incredibly kind and friendly and we will always be his customer!

I have the best technician ever from Western Exterminator. He takes care of all my concerns and pest control.

My only comment, which has nothing to do with my Tech. Is how expensive they have become over the last 2 years.

Great customer service from the technicians. All the technicians that have ever serviced my home have been professional and have provided quality work. They have came out with in 24 hrs anytime we have called between services. They have completed any special requests and have all been very friendly. I believe they are not the best value but as long as the customer service stays at this level I will continue to use them. I just hope the technicians are compensated well because they are the only reason I have not changed company’s.

They did a great job at exterminating my home! My bed and my daughters crib were infested with bed bugs and they treated the whole house :) Even after they took care of it they still contacted me every week for a month to come take a look and make sure they were fully gone or else they would have done the treatment again until they were fully gone for no extra charge . I will tell you though, their prices are a bit high. I was charged 980 for a small apartment w hardly any furniture but the service overall was good.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They follow through consistently and their technicians are very nice and friendly. They call ahead when we ask them too, they show up on time for their appointments and are always ready to come help if we have an off schedule issue. We were very happy with the service we received at our old house and are using them again in our new house.

I called Western Exterminator Company because I suspected I had termites. Jesse came, did a full inspection, and confirmed what I was seeing was in fact termite droppings. I was devastated! Jesse was really nice, patient, and explained all my options. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the best price and stayed in contact with me through the whole process. I have already recommended him to some friends going through the same thing!

We've had Western Exterminators servicing our house for at least 3 years and they do a great job. We were sad when we lost our regular guy, but our new guy is great too! He texts us to schedule, comes on time, and does a good and thorough job of spraying for us.

Jessie was so professional and knowledgeable. As it turns out, we don’t have bedbugs! Such a relief! I’m thankful for Jessie’s integrity and thoroughness. I would recommend him and this service to anyone.

Locally in Bakersfield, Daniel, my regular technician, is always right on any problem I report. He perseveres until issue is completely resolved. Jesse V led team to eliminate rodents, sanitize and install new insulation in my attic. Follow-up was excellent!

Scott provided great customer service. House was sprayed inside and out. He removed the cobwebs on the exterior part of the house. I received notification yesterday for today's appointment. He was on time. Two thumbs up for today's service. 👍👍
