This place has come a long ways. They had some trouble over the last few years with staffing. I think they've got that under control. Love the people at the front counter.And love my new doctor. Don't have any problems getting appointments or getting messages to my doctor. Very impressed with this clinic would highly recommend it

By far the best primary doctor I have had she listens to all my concerns and issues. Sends me out for testing when needed doesn’t rush through appointments. The front office staff are very friendly also haven’t had any issues been going here for a little over a year now. Definite recommend

I have never been checked out so thoroughly. Dr. Ahmed is a very good doctor and his staff is amazingly professional. I have been being treated with the wrong meds and Dr Ahmed did a full series of blood tests, sleep apnea testing, CT Scan, Breathing testing. I have never been diagnosed with Asthma but I suspected I had it. I also have restless leg syndrome. Which the Dr is treating along with the Asthma. Thank you San Joaquin Pulmonary.

Rocio Lopez and Dr. Devasia are the best providers I’ve ever had, they are thorough when it comes to examining their patients. The staff here is absolutely amazing. My daughter was recently diagnosed with Valley Fever and they have done everything they can to get her consultation with a pulmonologist in this office so that she don’t have to wait months for the KMC clinic.
I don’t understand the negative reviews here because I’ve literally been at this office every month for the past few years, I’ve never had any problems when it has come to my appointments, referrals to specialist, or anything else I need when it comes to my care or the care of my daughters. I’ve never seen any other patient complaining or upset while waiting. I’ve never waited over an hour to get taken to get seen.

I highly recommend this office for primary care or pulmonary care.

Receptionists do the most they can to accommodate for patients. Patients get out of hand for not getting their way but do not realize the high demand there is for lung drs especially now during covid. Lack of availability does not come from the front desk but from the drs.

My mom was in Thursday, (her appt was at 5) with a UTI, she is 88 years old. When we arrived I was told appt was canceled however they went ahead and saw her. She was unable to give the urine sample but the MA didn't give up. I think her name is Shanika or something like that. A great
big THUMBS UP To her, She gave my mom water and put her in a room although she had to leave she made sure Nancy took care of us. My mom finally was able to give a sample and we got her meds. She is now much better.

Not a patient there but the ladies working there are some of the friendliest most helpful people ive met. Thanks for helping this Dominos driver find her customer. They didnt have to but they went above and beyond. Thank you!

I came in for a check up and everyone was friendly. Dr Orr was very professional and she checked me from head to toe. She answered all my questions and made sure I got what I needed. I really recommend this place. Great place and professional and friendly staff.

I really don't know what the hype is about with peoples negativity about everything but this place is amazing they can only do so much and that goes for all businesses not only this one. I use to come here all the time but I will be scheduling again this week... Thank you san joaquin valley pulmonary medical group for being there whenever I need you are trustable.

The service was good, nice staff and doctors. The wooden benches outside gave me a splinters. There were a few bugs when I did a sleep study.

If it wasn't for the 2 to 3 hour wait times. They would have 4 to 5 stars easy. They overbook their appointments. I've had three visits and the wait in the lobby and exam rooms are excruciating.

Although the physician I saw was professional and helpful, this office is disorganized and old-fashioned. Messages are often left on extension answering machines and may not be returned. There isn't a functioning online patient portal, where patients can efficiently communicate with physicians or staff. There aren't computers available to physicians, to directly and efficiently enter information. I've needed to communicate with office staff about errors which could've been avoided with a more direct system.

Good dr but they need new receptionists they book and keep canceling basically they don’t even know the drs schedule I’ve been book multiple times and the drs not there or won’t be there. So you’ll just get booked even more far ahead. So if you need quick results this isn’t the clinic for you.
