Went to cheuy's it was cool. Live music and good food and beer!

Fine as always. Cameras in parking lot as well as security driving through being seen. Feel safe doing my business there.

My kids love it. They show how are made, kids get a free donut for each A on a school report card.

This is a wonderful shopping center/mall. Excellent tenants. This is way bigger than a strip mall. It goes for almost a half mile. Plenty of parking, several exits that have traffic lights lead to Rosedale Hwy, way smart planning and thinking as Rosedale is one of the busiest area in Bakersfield.
To top It off they just added Vallarta, I love that store, thank you.

Chili's loved being able to sit down indoors and eat a family meal again! Our Waitress Dusty was outstanding!food great as usual. Never a complaint here! Great Margheritas too!

The Northwest Promenade is an extremely large complex it includes Home Depot, Target, Best Buy, Party City, Dick's Sporting Goods, Home Goods, Michaels Art Aupplies, Pier One, and many others. The list of restaurants is numerous including Red Lobster, Chuy's, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Denny's, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Wendy's, Chili's Grill & Bar, and numerous others. This complex is so large that you may not even realize that you are in the same center as you move from one store to the next. For instance the new to come Studio Grill is also part of the Northwest Promenade complex. The NWP is a great location to get all of your shopping done at the same time. It is also a great place to go if you just want to spend the day shopping and hunting for deals. After, there are so many choices for food that you will definitely be satisfied without having to pay the cost of restaurants located within major shopping malls. I have never seen inflated prices at restaurants or at stores at this location. So this is a good place to find that perfect deal for Christmas, a birthday, or Black Friday because everything is located so close to each other. Well-designed the NWP is it easy to navigate and has lots of parking to support the number of people coming to visit this location. There are many streetlight entrances so it is easy to enter this complex. I'm unaware of public restrooms but all of the restaurants have restrooms available and many of the stores have them also. Enjoy your day of shopping.

I love doing my shopping here! There are so many different stores to choose from to get everything you need and done all in one location. They have security that drives around until 2am. I've never really ran into an trouble with anyone here. Those that are homeless usually keep to themselves, with the occasional few who ask for change from time to time.

My donuts have always came out quick and are GOOD! Servic we has been fine. Never had an issue. 1 time my donuts were about the size of regular style mom and pop donuts but still had the same Krispy Kreme flavor.

Lots of nice stores. Chili's restaurant, Office Depot, Pier 1 imports, Home Depot, Ross and many many more.

Bought new pants and shirts for my new job. Just got hired at Cracker Barrel as a cook. Needed new clothes. Went to Kohl's to get them.
Spent more than I wanted to, but got what I needed.
