From the moment I walked in I had a young lady welcoming in, very polite. Food and coffee were fresh and clean bathrooms! First time going to this store and Al won’t be the last one.

This service station is generally clean and a quick visit for gas that is moderately priced. Seldom as low as Costco fuel, but still reasonable. Also, until yesterday, I’ve never had issues with the workers there. They are not what I would call, “friendly,” but they are generally pretty efficient. However, on March 03, 2022, I stopped by to purchase $40.00 of fuel and to use the bathroom. I had a very negative experience with one of the workers on this day because as I tried to go into the bathroom door, it was locked. I waited for about two minutes, then knocked on the door to see if anyone was in the restroom asking, “Is anyone in there?” With no answer after several loud knocks, I went to the front counter and asked Aman, one of the two workers at the counter, if I could have the key to the restroom. She said, “Somebody is probably in there.” I told her that I had waited about two minutes and then I had knocked loudly, and no-one answered. She said, “You should check again.” I then went back, waited for another minute, then knocked loudly and said, “Is anybody in there?” Again, nothing. I then walked back to the counter and told the worker, Aman, that there was no answer. By now I had wasted between five and six minutes doing this. I asked Aman, “Don’t you have a key you can give me to the restroom?” She hesitated, then looked at the other female worker as if to say, “Oh, I guess I have to give him the key,” then reached down just below where she had been standing behind the counter and lifted a very long stick with a customer key attached. I asked her, “How could someone have been in there all of this time when you had the key sitting right by you there?” She looked befuddled like she didn’t know what to say, and then made up something about how someone without the customer key may have locked themselves in there. It was obvious to me that the two women had been trying to keep customers from using the restroom. I don’t know if this is because they don’t want to clean it, or if there is some other reason, but when workers appear to “play” and “manipulate” customers like this, wasting the customers’ time with this sort of game, it makes the brand, AM/PM and ARCO look like there are not wanting to follow the rules to have a working and available bathroom for paying customers. And it makes the brand just simply look bad. There are definitely some customer service and policy issues that need to be trained and discussed with the workers at this location.

I stop every morning to get my free cup of coffee with my own cup from 4:30-8:30a.m!!! It's great I Love it... however there is one lady that hangs a sign open in 15 min. At 3:00 a.m and don't open the door till 4:15ish.... sometimes I gotta be to work at 3:30 and need that cup of coffee. Not the junk coffee along my way to work..

After I put my card in to use the air I noticed there was no nozzle on the air pump. When I told the lady inside, she already knew about it. I didn't get money back and I told her there should be a sign on it.

They are not open 24 hours. If you get there late enough you will find a very nice lady who will yell at you through the window. I will no longer go to this location and I will drive a little further to a place that has better customer service. Like fast trip.

This place is a joke and the employees are not trained for emergencies. Employees stand around watch people get hurt and dont call 911 they should be ashamed of themselves. If I were able to I would have given NO stars but it makes you give at least 1 star to post evaluation. Formal complaint has been made with corporate office for this ampm on rosedale hwy. Dont go there if you dont want to get beat up by homeless people and the workers just stand there and do nothing. Then they continue to allow said homeless person in store while he is wanted by the police and they know this and again do nothing, nice way to treat people lady how dare you sleep well tonight your lucky no one was killed!

One of the most expensive AMPM. Most charge 2.00 or less for 24oz coffee. This one charges 15-20% more. Also uses some weird punch card that no other AMPM accepts for the usual buy 4 get one free. This one has buy 5 and get one free. Don't go to this place unless you want to spend more than the usual.
