I love coming to the camp, and I love the results I'm getting even more! I completed a 6-week challenge and was able to drop 20.5 lbs
I won't say it's "easy" to follow the plan and show up for the challenging workouts 5x each week, but it's definitely possible - and super motivating to workout with the awesome trainers here. They are very encouraging, and every workout is different with great music. The best part is watching and feeling yourself getting stronger with each class... and getting the results you are seeking.

The Camp is truly awesome!!!! If you want a challenge this is the place to be. This is great place to meet new people with different level of fitness and make friends along the way. The trainers are amazing and have unique and incredible way to set in stone to help meet your goals. This is one of the best places in town to work out and achieve your goals. Best trainers, best workouts and a very friendly vibe when you walk in. You feel like you belong here and the trainers are awesome and listen to you. Sometimes its a stressbuster😃😃😃

The whole team here pushes you through group workouts. The comradery is great! Every trainer brings a different style of training which I love! As a gym rat & previous bikini competitor I highly recommend TC!!

TCTC is the business. I did the hard body challenge with them in 2019 and returned for a membership post covid. It is truly a fit family.
