Big Lots

I could not believe how beautiful and clean that store was. It was so organized, everything was in its place and neatly hanging as if there was a cleaning crew there all day it was beautiful and bright and I highly recommend it! I will be going back to shop.

Big Lots always has what I'm looking for for Christmas.. some other stores that I went to were sold out of cute baby dolls,
I was looking for a baby doll for my niece Emma and I found the perfect baby doll, she loved it!! It was the last one thank you Jesus 👑❤ The White Lane store. Big Lots have the nicest people there too and the store is nice and clean.. I give them 10stars MERRY CHRISTMAS

Great selection of items I was looking for, which was a corded computer mouse. They had one in three different colors for only $7.00. A great deal too.

Big Lots on White Ln. had exactly what we were looking for today. The store was very orderly & clean; prices were extremely fair. More importantly, a female customer gave cashier/stock person, Jessica Rose, a very hard time this evening @ the register when Jessica Rose was only trying to be helpful. The customer was rude & demeaning to Jessica Rose, who managed to keep her composure. Kudos to Jessica Rose for maintaining her professionalism. It’s hard enough to be working with the public these days, considering Covid, etc., without having to deal with customers who make it even more challenging. I hope Big Lots sees this post & gives credit where it’s deserved.

One of my favorite places in bksfld. I grew up with kmart and miss it, walmart and target feel so suffocating sometimes. I find nice inexpensive things here, like desks, bookshelves, food, cat toys, kitchen utensils and other household items. I've seen this place get robbed many times at night and it makes me sad, but I'll still go! Best time to go is for holidays, the christmas and halloween items here are so cool and affordable 👍 lota of parking, nice shopping carts, and nice staff

Hidden gem! This is one of the best Big Lots I've been to. They keep it organized and clean. Also, they have a better stock than other Big Lots. If I had a complaint, it's that their candy is overpriced. But, eh.

Really found the store was very CLEAN and easy to shop because of it. The cashier that helped me was very nice and helpful. Will be coming back to do more shopping even if it's not the holidays

I went in today to purchase a vacuum and was told by associates who will remain nameless that it would take them twenty minutes to get back to me with the vacuum. UNACCEPTABLE ON HIS BEHALF AND THEY KNOW WHO THEY ARE. Danielle, however, walked by and saw me and my mother looking slightly agitated and asked if we needed help. We told her we needed a vacuum and she came out with the model we asked for within 2 minutes. Thank you so much, Danielle, for taking to time to actually provide customer service instead of just walking around and attempting to look busy.

This is my pit stop store. I go the gym next door and I always pick up things that I need on the go, its right next door. They have everything but auto products like fluids and things and prices are affordable. The staff is always cool and the store is well kept.

Big Lots is always a great place to shop. I usually shop across town at the Big Lots on Fashion Place because I lived on that side of town. Now I live on White Lane and so I visited the Big Lots on White Lane for the first time and I thoroughly enjoyed it as they had a lot more stuff to take up a lot more of my time which I have plenty of!

I felt bad that they only had 1 register working (the other 2 wouldn't scan). I Love going to Big Lots to buy Gifts for my Clients!!
