I've had nothing but a great experience with this group. If you follow the nutrition program and get your body moving, you WILL see results. I like the fact the boot camps are located in 4 different areas in Bakersfield. The different trainers and leaders at each park know their routine so when we arrive to workout, that's what we get, a workout. Most importantly, nutrition is the main focus. Most of us think it's the exercise but I've learned it's in the nutrition.
It's also neat to know that they had nominations in the Best of Kern County 2013 considering they've only been around for a year.
I would and will continue to tell people about this program. More people need to look at their lifestyle and eating habits and make a change. The Kern County numbers are pretty sad if you look them up health wise.
