This place is awesome. I’ve came in for many projects and they almost always seem to have what I want or the sales rep. James is always willing to point you in the right direction. Super helpful. I appreciate you guys keep up the great vibes and THANK YOU!

Friendly service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They have been my go to since they opened in Tehachapi and have never let me down.

I did NOT want to write this review but we feel we now have no choice. We have contacted this shop numerous times but issues still not resolved. We worked with Steve and he was very nice and tried to be helpful but things are still going on. They were suppose to grease the sliders, treat the seals of our RV but it was never done. We paid them at least $13,000.00 and we still have problems. We tried to talk with the owner but Steve said he would take care of things. We could never get a hold of Don. I will NOT go into all the problems we are faced with and right now we are heartbroken.

Steve and Don are very nice people but the quality of work is a nightmare. We are an hour away now and the thought of having to go through all these issues breaks my heart. We paid a lot of money but there are still issues that are not okay. It’s wrong on every single level. We aren’t the experts so we don’t understand a lot of what was going on their end. We are incredibly sad and disappointed with our experience with this shop. Overall the quality of the service we received was not good. We trusted them and that was a mistake. Right now if I could I would give a -1 or more review.

Today is April 15th and this is an updated review. My husband and I were contacted by Don to discuss the issues from my original review. Our 5th wheel is now at DC RV and the issues are being addressed and worked on. I have changed my review from a 1 to a 5.0

Don seems to be very determined to help solve the issues we are having and I am trusting him to follow through.

Had a blowout on my toy hauler, which caused some damage. Called DC:s they took my trailer right in and did a awesome job.. Steve was especially helpful answered all my questions, kept me informed of any changes and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Everyone there was so helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend.

We had a wheel bearing go out that tore up our axle on our travel trailer. This shop took really good care of us and got us back on the road ASAP. Very knowledgeable and professional. We feel we were charged a fair price. Thank You DC's RV Center!

I don't usually review business in general unless I had a bad experience. Let me tell you about DC's, I went there to purchase a socket for my water heater in my 5th wheel. Don Collins the owner told me he didn't have one but he went beyond customer service and loaned me his personal tools for me to do the job. WOW, haven't seen that kind of customer service since the 80's. I highly recommend this place for all of your service or parts needs.

Don is Super helpful. He is a Great Owner . Tehachapi California has a real Gem here. If he does not have something he will get it for you. James was great as well, we returned for a lenses light and cover that was at other store. A wealth of information and I felt like family there. We will be back.

In January '15 we had quite a bit of work done at DC'S on our Alpha fifth wheel. We had all seals replaced on all three slide outs, new tires all around, new hoses on our propane tank system, some other system checks, and had asked a million questions. We were also having troubles with our front stabilizing jacks, and so they cleaned those up and got them working smoothly for us for no charge.
We were very happy with all of the work done and will definitely go there again when we need anything else taken care of for our RV.
We highly recommend DC's for all of your RV repair needs or even a new rig if you are looking!

Great people to work with. Don and Steve worked with me to get all my questions and concerns answered. The repaint of my 5er front cap looks great and on time! A little early in fact! Highly recommended.

Don and James are fantastic! They did a roof and window reseal, and a few other jobs on my 22 foot toy hauler. Outstanding customer service, exceptionally fast turn around, and fantastic prices. DC's RV is not the closest to me, but it is now my go to rv repair shop!

We took our Alfa 5th Wheel in for service. We had the roof redone, new slide seals all around on all three, inside and out, new hoses for the propane system, new tires, and stabilizing legs cleaned.

Everything was great with no problems. We were very pleased with the work that was done and at fair pricing. Great people to work with. We will go back
again to DC's when we need any repairs done on our fifth-wheel.

I had a great experience at DC's RV center. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has an RV needing service or is interested in buying a new one. Their staff is knowledgeable, professional, courteous and prompt. But most importantly HONEST.
I will always be a DC's RV customer for life.

The folks at DC's are terrific. I was camping at the RV park next door, and noticed their sign - they offered just what I needed at the time. I left my RV there in storage for six months, and am having some repairs done as well. They have been nothing but patient, professional and kind, with fair prices. I would highly recommend them!

We are new to having a travel tailer and we having some major issues. I called and talked to Don and he treated me with respect. He explained things to me impatiently. They are the best with customer service. Thank you for all the awesome service!

Don and James and crew did an excellent job fixing our trailer after a tire blowout! Very professional and reasonable prices. I’m now a happy camper!

I had some damage to the left rear side of my RV and needed it repaired ASAP. James was very understanding, and they were able to repair it in less than one week. I highly recommend this place.

Always has what I need when I need it. And willing to look up parts for my old money pit of an RV when he doesn't have them in stock. Next project: solar.

We loaded up our RV for a 4th of July family vacation. Went to close one of our slides and the gear box broke. I called DC’s and they overnighted the part. They had me on the road the next day!! I’m sitting here in my campsite with my wife and kids, excited we didn’t miss the Fourth of July Fireworks! Top grade service!! Thanks DC’s and thank you Don!! You are the best!!
