If I could give then a 10 star rating I would. All American is nothing short of amazing from a customer satisfaction perspective and I wouldn't know why anyone would take their vehicle anywhere else. They are persistent in identifying the issue(s) and stand by their work until everything is fixed and running perfectly. I recently purchased an older Jeep that had a number of unforeseen issues and Robert and his team were able to correct everything wrong with my JGC. New Tires New Brakes New shocks suspension ball joints and steering box, New oil pump, fixed transfer case, even fixed my door for me. Thank you Robert Ann and the entire team at ALL American!

Amazing service, they went above and beyond my expectations and did everything they could to fix my issue. Definitely recommend very friendly staff, super helpful. Overall wonderful experience would recommend!!

I love these people! Called them very close to the end of the day about a tire needing to be fixed. I felt bad calling so close to closing but they were so nice and fixed my tire. So pleasant to talk to and I just felt so comfortable in their office discussing cookies :)

If you care about the local community of Tehachapi this place is a must go this is a mom and pop shop run by the nicest people iv ever met they were going above and beyond for another customer that was in front of me who was very clearly lonely as she has made her drive through Tehachapi on her way to another state all together. I just wanted to say thank you for being what i feel every true All American should strive to be and that is kind loving and patient people who are here just to bring good to the world. Stopped by chance, just passing through, to enquire about a spare tire replacement; two tires were located, slightly worn but correct size for my trailer, and one selected when an additional problem was discovered. Two technicians immediately went to work on that, found the solution, and immediately resolved it! I was so impressed with their speed and efficiency, as well as the super-friendly service of all involved, that I asked if they had time to do a mandatory diesel fuel filter replacement slightly ahead of schedule. They assured me they could do so, ordered the filter which was delivered immediately (speaks of an excellent relation with suppliers), and was ready to go in about 20 minutes from the time I asked the question. I have never had my needs satisfied more efficiently, nor people more honestly happy to do so, than at All American Tire & Services Center in Tehachapi. Thank You All VERY MUCH for your EXTRA EFFORTS & GREAT SERVICE!!

***Under new ownership! Super friendly, down to earth people. The owner goes above and beyond to be sure you are taken care and that you understand what is going on with your vehicle. They only tells you what needs to be done and don't try to get you to do service that is not necessary. If you're looking for good, honest people to trust with your vehicle needs this is the business for you!

Brought my truck in for an alignment. The guys said I had other issues and that they couldn't do the alignment unless we did these other things first. I had to bring truck back another time. He gave me my check back and was awesome to point out my brakes were a little spongy because he noticed my daughter was driving the truck. Aces in my book!!

This business has been under new ownership since June of 2015. It is now called All American Automotive Service Center, and the new owners are absolutely fantastic. They have ensured that all their customers leave safe and happy, wanting to come back. Please disregard any older reviews made for this company. Ann and Robert Curtin (the new owners) have made it their top priority to make sure every single customer is taken cared of.

We got in an accident and saw the great reviews here so we got our car towed to here and they were the best service. They got our car running and two new tires very quickly and we were able to get on our way. Great service and great people!!

I was having a very scary day and the check engine light came on. I pulled in and very quickly the owner Robert looked under the hood, identified that the coolant was low and took care of me at a very reasonable rate. This totally set my mind at ease as I otherwise would have been stranded on my way to Vegas. The owner's wife Ann and assistant were totally nice to me. I am not surprised they already have a 5 star rating. Please give them your business if you are passing through.

We had some car issues on our trip. We googled searched and found this place. They got us in and out in under 15 minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff. 10/10 would recommend.

Rob, the owner, and his wife, run a great tire shop. They provide great customer service. They do not over charge or try to gouge you.

I was on my way to Tennessee and broke down off the interstate. They got my Diesel truck in the next morning and suggested hotels ion the area and made sure I had everything I needed. AMAZING SERVICE
