Veterans Memorial at Jastro Park. Services held twice a year for recently passed vets. Moving and monumental.

It was a Vibe and We had a Great time at this Clean N Safe Park

Nice park. From the pictures I can tell this place got a big upgrade. Two new playgrounds, high quality swings, and the only issue is the metal benches that get really hot. Couldn't sit down. Besides that, it's the kind of park you'd expect to see on the nice side of Bakersfield.

Attended The service for the 203 Vets that had recently deceased in the last 6 months. My father's name Gilbert Mendez name was read. Thank you it was nice recognition. The Memorial monument was a nice addition to the park!

We had our company picnic and the park and benches were clean. They had plenty of outlets too. 2 bbq pits.

I haven't been to the basketball court here in a year or too it is nicely redone and has a good amount of grip..hoops are some TRIPLE rim technology though haha but nice park!

Very nice clean family oriented park no bums and drug addicts laying around safe enough for my kiddos.

A nice quiet park to play basketball, tennis, pickleball and just relax

Decided to take my puppy for a walk. Probably not the best time to be there as we couldn’t seem to get away from an adorable family riding scooters on the sidewalk. But no problem. Maybe try a less busy time.

Nice large park with lots of table/BBQ areas a couple covered table areas a stage a tennis court 2 swing sets and a cool parkour arena. If you are there long enough people/kids will come and go.

The down side is freezing cold toilets with no doors. Most the time when you go there's a homeless person doing who knows what in the bathroom stall who doesn't have the sense of urgency to get out which is difficult during a cold day of potty training.

We had our family reunion there, on the 21st of May. I hadn't been there in years. We reserved the picnic area, and had a Bouncer for kids. The area is well shaded, and was very clean. It's a great place for family get-togethers. A well kept park, located in a quiet residential area.

Kids love it and the mature trees makes for some good shade...

Always a favorite park for me! It is always picked up and clean and I know they have to work hard daily to keep it that way especially the restrooms that are used to bathe in. Tennis is a favorite here. And a mock Greek theatre, though I haven't seen it used. Great BBQ spots for family or group get togethers!

Restrooms need alot of attention but the spray park os best my grandchildren loved it, we had lots of fun

My daughter and I come to this particular park at least 2 times a week and absolutely love it! The splash park is now open from 1-6pm we come over on these hot summer days and get drenched in cold water which is super refreshing. There's alot of bbq stands to cook while at the park and a ton of benches to sit while watching the kiddos play.

I love taking my grandchildren there, especially in the summertime. They have all kind of little water things for the kids to play in along with being just a typical children's playground.
