I've been going to this Mom and Pop market since I was a little girl. They are like family, friendly, kind music which makes the atmosphere pleasant and extremely helpful. If they don't have what you need they will tell you where u can go to possibly purchase it. Wouldn't have it any other way!

The service here is the BEST! The owners really know the community & the people! I was alone on Thanksgiving & Song had a meal for me all ready to go!! She "thanked me" for being able to cook for me! Priceless!!

I love this little market. The owner's are some of the best, most kind, loving, and trustworthy people I know. I've shopped at their store for 12yrs and they have always been amazing. If they don't have what I need they do there best to get it. The best store in the area.

All I did was cash my check here. I had a horrible day tryna cash my check it was like Oildale was completely outta money. I drove all around town trying to cash it. Then my coworker told me about this place. No problem at all in and out. The lady was super nice had a nice lil convo n was on my way. Also bought a pack of smokes. Haha. I'd reccomend for a nice lil convenience store

Chester Lane Market has just opened w/new owners! We all miss Song & Don, of course! The new owners aim to please though, just like the previous owners! Friendly place to shop!

This store is a Mom and pop's kind of store the staff is extremely friendly and helpful pretty much carry everything you would need I would recommend anybody go in there
