I'm pretty pleased with the Service department. I had a defective oil piston blow out my engine with less than 20k miles on a Kia Soul that I had just purchased. It was covered under warranty and took 89 days to source and install a new engine.

During that time, Edwin helped me get a rental car and responded quickly when I called him for updates. He was honest, friendly, and helpful. When the engine finally came in, the technicians managed to install it a day earlier than expected, and Deanna made pickup and checkout a smooth, pleasant experience.

I'm not thrilled that my engine blew out and I was without my car for three months, but I'm satisfied that Palmdale Kia's service department did everything they could to make things right.

My Kia was towed here due to an engine knock on November 6th. My service advisor was Deana, the most kind and professional person you could work with there at Palmdale Kia, stayed very consistent with letting me know how my vehicle was coming along the whole time my vehicle was in shop (Nov.6th-20th). Thankfully, my extended warranty covered my new engine replacement, leaving me to pay 300$. Deana made this process so much easier for me. I cannot thank her enough.

Steve helped me out he really did I had to get a sensor fixed on the driver side and he explained to me what was wrong with it was a little fix just needed to be adjusted,And he literally helped me out so much especially in these hard times.He let it go he is a wonderful person! please give him a raise he deserves it thanks again Steve 😁🤍

My issue was in service. My service advisor was Steve who was truly a life saver for me. Last year my car was denied through the extended warranty place and sat for a year still owing 18000 for it. Steve actual listened to me and gave 150 percent when it came to dealing with warranty company who was extremely difficult. If not for this awesome service writer I’m not sure what I would have done. He got the engine replaced in record time. Amazing not bad on the eyes either. lol thanks a million Steve you rock.

We would highly reccomend Chris as a very friendly and knowledgeable sales agent. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Great dealership!

I had to get a service done on my car and the employees were incredibly helpful and kind! Everyone had a smile on their face and they even paid for an Uber for me to take me to the Valley Plaza Mall while they did my car's service! As I was waiting for the uber outside, I had a very kind employee come up and offer me a water. It made me feel so comfortable. I got a free car wash and inspection with my service and a very detailed packet regarding everything I need to know about my Kia. I recommend this friendly place! THANKYOU PALMDALE KIA!!

I’ve been going to Rally Kia for my services for every Kia I have owned. Steve is the absolute best person to have your services done with! He is so caring and goes above and beyond his job to always be helpful and give Grade A customer service! If you need a service done here, Steve is the only person you should see.

Going to a dealership is a scary experience. But I was helped by Ofelia, sales person and she was super nice and helpful without being pushy and helping us find out what’s was the best option. She was attentive and patient because I have a daughter that loves running around or touching things. At the
End of the day I came out super happy and I know the dealer was happy. I recommend going with the salesperson Ofelia even if you’re just looking around or want question answered. Thank you Kia.

My husband and I recently took our car to be serviced at Rally Kia. We had such a pleasant experience. Before we took it in, I called to ask if I needed an appointment before dropping off our car. The gentleman I spoke to warned me that they were backed up and it would take them a couple of weeks before they would be able to run a diagnostic test on my car. We appreciated the upfront honesty. Three days after we dropped off our car we got a call explaining the outcome of the diagnostic test. Our car was fixed and ready to go within a week. The staff was professional and friendly! They alleviated the stress from a stressful situation. We will definitely return for future services needed!!

I had to bring my Kia soul 2018 in for a recall and when the service advisor looked up my car information he noticed there were 4. I was kind of bummed because I thought i would be there for hours. Michael Wilmont, my service advisor, advised me it would be a little while. Surprisingly I was in and out in an hour. Great service I would definitely go there again.

This is my second time at Rally Kia to purchase a car. The first time was 8 years ago when I bought my first car. This time I got the opportunity to work with Ofelia and she really helped me to make sure that I would be happy with the choice I made. She answered my questions and helped make the process painless. I think buying a car can be scary but I felt like she definitely helped and made me feel confident in my purchase. I love my Kia :D

Best car buying experience I've ever had! They're all so helpful and friendly. This is a well run family business. I knew I was in the right place when I saw the vintage firetruck on the lot. It started out the usual - sales person calls 2 seconds after I push the send button on a 2021 Impreza they had on their lot for a ridiculously low price and low miles. Low enough to get me to drive an hour and a half to get there. Gabriel met us at the door and showed us all the service history and clean Carfax. Gabriel is a very nice young family man and a pleasure to meet and work with. We got there late and all stayed till late to get us in our new Impreza! All get an Attaboy 👍👍👍

Drove by a Sunday night thinking they were closed just to see if they had a Telluride. They had one I immediately gravated towards. I see this woman coming out with a smile on her face. It was closing time yet she still was the most pleasant person and did not rush us. She took the time to talk to us and showed me the inside of the car. I felt horrible because it was late. Needless to say she worked with us via text and over the phone the next day. My husband drove straight there after work to sign paperwork and BAM I had a car. This was an easy process and she made us feel like family.

All of the from the sales , finance and even the customer service representative on the phone were very helpful,polite and knowledgeable. They were able to help get My brother in law in to a really nice that he can afford. Thanks Rally Kia

Always a wonderful experience at the kia dealership. Jashua was easy to talk to and not pushy. Over all very nice! He took us out on several test drives and pointed out the different features. There was no hard sell on one vehicle over the other. Antonio was the tech guy that set up and showed us how to us all the new tech stuff, super sweet young man!! Love going to these folds for cars and service!

I bought a used Kia and came here to have 2 recalls repaired/remedied. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were ready to meet with me right at my appointment time, offered me a shuttle to work, and allowed me to pick up my car after the service department was closed. I really appreciate them respecting my time and working around my work schedule. Very happy I bought a kia!
