I have had Shawn manage my house for several years. They did an excellent job of managing the property. They found quality long term tenants that took pretty good care of the property. They were always very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. When it came time to finally sell the house they handled everything and were very calm and reassuring through the whole process! Everything worked out very well. If I still had a rental, I would use them. Highly recommend. They have very reasonable rates and provide a great service.

Their staff is friendly and they are great at helping you explore your options. I have Shawn managing my house and he has found reliable tenants. They also offer the convenience of depositing your money directly to your account unlike other management companies that have you pick up a check. I highly recommend them.

The individuals in the office are awesome overall! They have wonderful personalities and are to the point. Adi is one of the happiest people I've ever met and she is a great help when it comes to keeping one informed. I highly recommend this company not only for their service but their sense of understanding.

Travis, I'm in process with them right now and they use the $30 to run a background check on applicants. They don't just pocket the application fee. I know that they used the fee to purchase a thorough, high-quality background screening because I received the full summary from them. Also, $30 is a pretty normal application fee at any realty company. That's just what it costs to screen applicants. Paying application fees for background and credit checks are part of the process with any company.

The staff at Advanced Internet Property are great! I have been renting from them for a year. They are able to resolve any issues that we have with the home in a reasonable amount of time. They provide yard service that keeps our yard looking great!

I cannot recommend AR Management enough. They have made everything to find a new home as easy as possible. I especially wouldn't have been able to get through the process without the help of Adi. She was extremely helpful from the moment I walked through the door.

best company management in Bakersfield. I called to get information on a house and patty provided great information, she was very friendly over the phone. If I decide to move to Bakersfield I will definitely apply with them, because patty provided answers & was very pleasant to speak to.
