Valvoline Instant Oil Change

These guys and girls do an amazing job and always go above and beyond to make sure you're all taken care of. Super friendly staff no matter which shift you get and my oil service is always quick and efficient. Special shout out to Kelly and Miguel who took the time today to take off the front casing so we could get a blinker bulb changed. I definitely wouldn't have been able to do it myself and really appreciate that he took the time to get it done when he could have easily sent me on my way after my oil change.

Super friendly! They seemed pretty quick with oil changes. I was getting my AC recharged and it took a bit longer and held up the line but they were really nice about it. It ended up not solving the issue so they didn't charge me which is super helpful.

Went to my local Valvoline instead of my dealer. They were polite, Had both men and women working Were very open and honest about my cars needs. made honest suggestions about what my car should have based on the higher milage on my 2016 Terrain. Even attempted to replace a headlight that was out, ( it is a huge job, that I took to a full mechanic) they were swift and honest polite and I will definitely be returning! No appointment needed.

Great service minimal wait. Nice car wash, didn't get my car wash discount, but that was partly my fault. I held up my receipt from the oil change and said I wanted the Supreme wash. I am not sure if I mentioned the discount to her. Also, I didn't get a receipt. I found out when I got home and looked at the charge on my card. I did tip her and would go back again. Brandi was very helpful on the phone before I went in.

Quick oil change and back on the road.
Only had to wait for 1 vehicle ahead. I was greeted immediately when pulling in to let me know the wait time, which was nice. Once inside service was quick and very through (checking lights, filters…).

Great experience. The people working all did their roles with professionalism and they even offered to change my air filter at no charge if I purchased one down the road and brought it back since they were out of new ones at the time. It was a new car to me so I got a little better insight into what was going on with the car being able to be more involved while they were doing their inspection since I was sittin in the car- made it easier that it was a convertible too I suppose. Would definitely return. Thanks all!

Really lucked out, I was the only customer, so no wait. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Same friendly efficient service I always get. I have been taking all of my cars to Valvoline since they were Oil Can Henry. Unfortunately Boz the Boxer farted very fragrantly just as the attractive young lady greeted us and we are no longer welcome. 😕

Quick and efficient ,I highly recommend. I’m a regular customer and there’s so much more they do than just change oil that I find extremely helpful . I get oil changes, radiator and transmission services even windshield wipers.

Possibly THE BEST and FRIENDLIEST mechanic service place i've been to in years. first off these guys are on point with their services, they're checking your lights, your battery, fluids of course and the whole 9 yards without you even having to ask. very friendly..cant stress that enough, and very very very professional customer service. offering services and comparing prices for you. shout out to Kelly and Allen and the other workers names i cant remember. even the guy who was working at the car wash came over to my car when he was free and offered to check my lights. That's good stuff. all i needed was an oil change and they were pretty quick about it, they showed how black my oil was which i appreciated. Kelly offered me the transmission flush which i needed but i had forgot at the time so i went ahead and did that, he showed me the prices on the computer and which one it recommended for my car, i asked about the premium one and he said you really don't need that, this is what is recommended for your car according to the OEM specifications, and i appreciate that transparency and honesty. Allen the manager was changing my transmission fluid and Kelly pointed out to me that i can see how dirty the old fluid was if i look at the tube so that was also cool to see. they were with me every step of the way. at the end of it all Kelly showed me the dip stick after the oil change was done and showed me how clean the new oil was. no shadiness at this place, completely open and transparent with their customers every step of the way. hats off to the crew there. 5 stars. highly recommended. also you can bring your own oil and filter.
