Went in today to buy a Switch Pro controller and the employee, whose name I didn't catch but was wearing a Ghost hoodie, was super chill, really friendly, and gave me some great advice (also offered to ring me out a second time when I had more stuff, but I didn't hear him and went to the other register. So sorry dude! Swear I wasn't trying to be rude!). 10/10 customer service.

Haven't been in Gamestop in a few years since we're in the digital age but with how much awesome game memorabilia they have now, and the great customer service that Ghost hoodie guy gave, will definitely be back in for gift shopping for all the gamers in my family!

Very honest when we were trading in our PS4 games. gave us reasonable deal, made it right when they oops a deal when we renewed our membership. gave us fair and honest treatment.

I received a marvel box with the word deceased on it couldn't find it in their store after I bought it a month prior the gentleman went above and beyond to find them and order me as many as I wanted 💚💙 awesome people love the store

I went to Shelton mail and ship. That was next door to where it's looking at the picture but she does excellent business. Definitely would refers to get your packing shipping copies facts and good conversation.

Great little GS. Wish they had a bit more selection for the Switch games for my kiddo but that is probably due to location.

Not only does this place have the games you love, having travelled all over the country this location has one of the best and most friendliest sales teams you will find. More than happy to help and always smiling and having a good time. I go too this Game stop for the service.

My son was very happy with the help he got with his magic game cards. And how much knowledge the employee expressed about my sons interest.

Had ordered an Amiibo reader for the kids, but after it showed as delivered, it actually hadn't been. Contacted this store and spoke with Chris... excellent customer service. Got a new reader into the mail overnighted to us. Much appreciated, Chris!

I love it the staff is very nice and knowledgeable I dont think I've ever had a bad experience there highly recommend people stop in.

So, lets talk about how AMAZING GameStop in store service is. I called this store a week ago in Shelton. I live in San Diego, They had a specific figure I wanted (Dragon Ball Goku) and nowhere around me has it so they were the closest option next to New York CIty. They are so AWESOME that without question, set it up to be delivered to my local GameStop here in San Diego. I am absolutely blown away by their level of support in my Figure Collecting and addiction haha. I'd Like to Thank Billy for Setting it up initially, Margarita to send her email over to my local store manager, and Brad to package it all up and send it out. It is in transit and I am ECSTATIC! thank you all for your customer service and I hope you all know how much of an asset you are to this company. Best wishes from San Diego!

Excellent prices and very knolodgable staff. They have gone out of their way to help solve, learn from and to not repeat various issues revolving around gameing. They have a way of communicating, non technical, that anyone can understand. Ty guys.

I have never had any problems with the store. The employees their have also suggested may games that I have gotten and were great.

In and out of here all the time, but the staff is always friendly and well informed. Best GameStop I've been too so far 😁
