Jessica helped me here and she was phenomenal! Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and meticulous! 10/10 would recommend her if you need help setting up any services, want more info on what they offer, or are wanting a new phone (with accessories!) she’s the best!

I was in there last week concerned with an issue of a broken phone. As of the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Scott and was ready to help me. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and most of all efficient. He took the time to understand my needs and was able to recommend the best solution with my best interest In mind. I was more than satisfied with his service and expertise.

Chloe is the absolute BEST!! She answered all my questions. She is friendly, kind, knowledgable and patient. I love her!!! We need more ppl like her. Give her a raise ❤❤❤. She is a keeper!

Came in after I had to assume the account of a loved one who passed. I was not looking forward to dealing with any tech but Ben Brandon and Liz made it not only bearable but easy. Ben was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Great to see how this store works to support the team.

Went in today for my lifetime screen replacement. Was fast easy , and the lady that helped me was very nice and sweet , she also put the screen protector on my phone for me . The ones on Panama lane were I live are very snippy and rude , especially the one on Panama and SH .. Glad I came to this location on coffee road ! Thank you !

I went in to active my new phone and add a new line. I was greeted and helped by Jesica. She was amazing. Helped me with everything I need. Her attitude was great. I will definitely be getting all my phones from her. Best customer service I have ever had anywhere

Since I had my iPad replaced I have not been able to connect to my cellular data plan.
I went to the AT&T store and the Tech saw that my iPad would not connect to wi-fi either.
The Tech was able to troubleshoot the problem, resolve it and get the iPad up and running properly again in no time.
