David in fragrances gave me personalized attention. He showed me several options for the men's Chanel. He then wrapped it for me immediately after purchasing it. Minimal wait time especially days before Christmas. He was so friendly and helpful. Great shopping experience.

Went to Macy’s today. Eva Salazar at the jewelry counter helped me to find the matching earrings she took her time to find what I wanted really a great sales person. . Never seen anyone at Macy’s helping in Bakersfield Macy’s store.

Sales Associate 11361905 ( I’ve called but jewelry Macys colleague didn’t want to give me the name; I’m in sales and google reviews bring me repeat business directly to me when my name is on the review..$$$$, associate I.D numbers I won’t usually remember; but a name I will ) Well, in this case I forgot the sales associates name😅

Anyways i just want to recommend the sales associate is truly professional, knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful when it comes to the selection of the right piece of jewelry, whether it’s a precious gem, diamond, or alloy precious metals. I would directly go straight to her. I think her name starts with a letter M. She is your one stop jewelry expert.

Put it this way, what you see on the first floor at Macys when you walk in to the nice pricy clothes bags shoes jewelry accessories housewares pillows pillow cases beautiful bed sheets all brands including Martha Stewart etc etc. your gonna be shocked right off your rocker like how the f did you not know about the 3rd floor sooner??? It’s called BACKSTAGE. It’s most things. Clothes for men and women all the amazing premium brands cookware house wares toys everything is sold at roughly 85 % up to 90%
off … you are welcome people. Believe me you’re gonna wish you had went there when Christmas was coming!

This is such an amazing store three full stories of shopping. Everything from fine jewelry fragrance clothing to furniture and more! Friendly staff and clean store. They even offer gift wrapping. They also have a completely remodeled cosmetic department. Update: The store is even better, they have amazing customer service in their entire store. I highly recommend checking out the fragrance department.

Never amazes me with sales, coupons the amount your able to save..my best bargain ever was Mens Nikes reg..107.00,sale 59.00 clearence for 19.99..had no laces she gave me additional 3.00 off...16.00 final...look good bargins do exist 😎💲

I'm not kidding when I say Macy's perfume counters are my favorite place in Bakersfield. I wish they'd branch into Niche but at least they have a nice unisex and men's section instead of focusing only on traditional Female marked fragrance. The people who work the counters are always the friendliest who go out of their way to help me. Sometimes I don't buy and sometimes I do. I spend easily a grand a year on perfume

This Macy's store has amazing team members at the Women Perfumes and at the Mens Colognes departments.

Store is always clean and organized. Sales people are are friendly. Prices are good, always a sale.

Went to get cologne for a birthday present and Jonathan at the cologne counter was incredible! Went upstairs to get a nice box set and was very helpful!

I would recommend Macy's to anyone that has a curvy fit and looking for jeans. They carry a brand called Style & Co that fits my body very well beings I have a wide butt and lots of thighs. I know from my personal experience is having an hourglass shape it is hard to find that perfect fit Jean and I just wish that the Bakersfield location would carry more of the five jeans that fit so well. I find myself having to drive 4/55 miles to 100 mi to find this brand of jeans at another Macy's which is kind of a letdown.
