The whole staff was super friendly and the front desk girlies were so nice. The doctor that removed my skin tags was really nice and made the whole thing comfortable and fast! My whole experience in there was great I was in and out! My insurance covered the cost of the office visit but unfortunately didn’t cover the cost of the skin tag removal but I wasn’t too mad about it was a lot less than I expected it to be! Definitely would recommend this place to all my family and friends :)

Front office staff efficient & personable. Dr Lien very patient. Answered all questions. Took his time. Explained as he went. Made me feel very comfortable. His assistant also answered questions she was asked, very patiently & thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Lies to family & friends.

Dr. Alan Lien has been a good provider towards my daughter. We came originally for a wart removal and my daughter did great he scraped it off and she was comfortable and did good. Now she’s getting treated for another issue and so far she has been treated well. Overall great experience and I recommend him.
And to add as well the staff are friendly and greet you when you arrive.

Great place with really kind people. I have only been coming here for about 2 months but my skin has improved soo much and I’ve gotten so many compliments. My confidence has increased and I feel more comfortable in my own skin!!

Everyone has been great here. Alan Lien listened to my concerns and was very helpful. I am pleased with the results from my treatment. I would recommend him highly!!!

Appointment was started right on time, surgery was not painful, he got all infected cells the first time and did a good job stitching up my cheek. All the staff was friendly and efficient.

My experience with Dr. Diaz and the staff has been pleasant. He takes his time and really listens to any concerns. The wait time is not very long at all. The staff is very friendly and they always greet us with smiles!

The staff were professional, and Dr. Carmelo, PA was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to address my concerns and educate me on the steps to take.

I was a new patient, so based on my experience I would highly recommend them. You fill out your forms online, and they’ll send helpful reminders for your appointment. The place is around the corner, so I walked into the wrong one, and the staff informed me that it was around the corner. It’s around the corner of Flaming broiler. I would highly recommend them!

Been here more than a handful of times and I've had no problems. The medication I've been prescribed to works like a charm. Definitely recommend visiting.

Dr was very professional but conversational to help ease you thru with mimanal pain! Didn't drag it out & finished quickly! Will know in a couple days how it looks & feel! Also staff was informative & very sweet! Hope I don't have any other things come up but if they do I will want them taking care of it! I highly recommend this place!

Staff are friendly, check me in within 5min of arrival. Provider, Dr Alan Lien saw me 15 min from check in time. Dr Alan is very personable, followed up my skin concerns from previous appointment. I had issue with own pharmacy dispensing my RX, Dr Alan solved it by sending order to their own pharmacy, with home delivery at no extra cost. Time saving not to make a trip to a regular pharmacy and wait in line.

They are fast and always helping you in what ever you need. They treat you like family here with the provider Alan lien. Since you enter the facility you feel the good vibe that make you feel like coming back.

Receptionist are always kind and welcoming when I come in . Dr Allen does a really great job he is kind and actually listens to the patient . The office is really clean and quiet, makes me feel like I’m at home .

My appointment went very smoothly. The staff were kind and friendly. My doctor explained everything so I could understand easily. My wait time wasn't very long either.

Alan and all the employees in this location are the best. They’re so friendly. I’ve been coming here for a year now. Appts are fast and they submit prescriptions right away. I’ve seen a lot of progress on my skin and I learned so much about how to take care of it.

Doctor and staff are great. Everything went well and couldn't have been better. Awesome experience wS very smooth and quick. 5 star experience for sure.

Excellent procedure everyone great. Dr. Very good. Thank you all getting approval for the this yesterday, approve has not come Thur and surgery center and doctor office worked most of yesterday to get this surgery approved

Excellent customer service. Everyone was nice there. Lilarose roomed me and she was very nice and cooperative with me. It was very fast as well. I wasn’t in there any longer than an hour. 5 stars deserved in my opinion
