Definitely needs additional space to utilize for parking especially for delivery drivers picking up mobile orders.

We love it here. The customer service is immaculate. Everyone’s so nice and kind makes the food taste even better today I want to give a special thanks to Stephany for putting a smile on my one year-old son face it’s just the small things in life that can really touch a heart and make a big difference. Keep up the good work Chick-fil-A of USC.

Came at an extremely busy time right about a half-hour before closing time, right after a USC game when literally hundreds of Trojans fans were storming the location for a late night bight. Likely due to the traffic of people ordering their meals, my order must have gotten lost, and just before closing time it became apparent that my order was good as gone. After a staff member noticed something must have been wrong since I was still waiting for my meal, they informed me that there indeed must have been a mistake and that they were now actually completely sold out of the food I was ordering. However, in typical Chick-Fil-A fashion, the staff member took deep sympathy to my issue, and not only refunded my order, but gave me some free chicken nuggets on the house. Customer service like that (along with delicious food, of course) is why I keep coming back to this food chain and will continue to do so despite the unfortunate circumstance I found myself in.

Really loved the chicken nuggets as well as the vanilla milkshake🥤. I would recommend great food and good service.

Good place to eat. Staff are polite and can be seen wiping tables pretty often making sure to disinfect the area. Tried chick-fil-a for the first time and honestly it's not my type of food, no hate. But everything seems well cooked and other people are sure to love it.

Why not grab a free chicken sandwich after Angels win?

June 1, 2023, this location reopened today. Yay!! It looks great. There is no longer a direct entrance/exit to/from the parking lot to the restaurant.

I go about everyday to get my kids breakfast before school, i like how fast the ordering online and picking up inside is.
Very clean place, been coming here for a couple years now. When Walter the manager is there he always makes sure my order is on time because, he knows a regular guest when he sees one. He has always made it right when our order has been mixed up, but its very rare, the morning crew is awesome!

Chick-fil-A is so yummy! The staff is always so nice and greet the customers which is awesome. Their customer service is fantastic. Yes, it’s crowded but that doesn’t bother me so much. Parking is hard to find but again I know what to expect when I come here. The food is awesome and my kids always leave happy when we dine here. Great clean establishment. Highly recommend.

No Comments, but fast and quick customers services. Even its full of people there, in a timely manner and with patience you will not leave without being satisfied knowing your meal will be ready in no time, am with 3 party delivery and they where very helpful with my order. I was in and out in no time, so am always happy and will continue to go even if am not delivering orders.
