The customer service was outstanding. Very helpful and gave very good information on all questions that I had. The best experience I’ve ever had.

This facility is very clean. The Store Manager Jessica and assistant Mayela are always so friendly and have a smile on their face. The facility is safe and I feel very comfortable leaving my items here without having to worry. The girls go above and beyond their job titles. I highly recommend renting here if you are in need of a unit.

Jessica at the front desk was so sweet and very helpful. She went over everything very thoroughly with us and answered all questions. The facilities are clean and we feel safe coming and going. Would definitely use Storquest again!

I was moving and in a pretty stressful time crunch to get my stuff out of my current place. I walked in stressed out with a million questions. Jessica at the desk was so helpful. She answered my questions, was professional and still made me feel better. Jessica the store manager and her assistant went above and beyond their job description to help us during our move in time even though we couldnt use their storage unit. They pointed us to the right direction when they couldnt help us anymore. We appreciate everything the things they did to help us. Kudos to these 2 ladies. I hope they get a raise for working so hard to assist their customers.

Very clean and well taken care of storage units. They have very good security and the employees are always friendly. Give you a 5 star thank you very much for everything.

This is a great storage to pick your storage needs! Mayela helped me out and was so friendly and helpful. Location was clean maintained and secure.

Longest hrs. of any storage in town. If you auto pay. Once on a Saturday, I put the wrong key in the lock in it I needed to have it replaced (my fault). they were out there and I just hollered over for the emplyee , showed ID and they changed my lock, no charge. Not bad for Saturday I got to finish my ,TO DO list that Saturday. I guess you pay a Lil extra , but, you get a Lil extra.

Always secure and clean.
I always feel safe when visiting my unit.
Staff is friendly at any interaction.

I was in dire need of a 10 x 10 unit due to a family emergency. Jessica was extremly helpful and accommodating! The facilty is immaculate and I have never had any issues getting in or out. I have been recommending to everyone I know that has needed a unit!

Kyndra was super positive and she literally finished up the agreement in about 5 mins or less. Super great prices.

Anita was amazing. They were closing right when we arrived to their office. She was kind enough to unlock her office and walk back into her office to help us. My wife and I really needed to get a storage ASAP since we are closing escrow in two days. Anita came through for us (God bless you Anita). Great customer service. She also made the process super easy which is the reason they deserve five stars.

Jessica and Vincent were AWESOME!!! Answered all my questions and were thorough with everything! They even called me back to make sure that i was satisfied with the unit, which i absolutely was. Compared to other places that would just go off a script and would give you the runaround, they would actually listen and didn't hesitate to explain if i didn't understand.

Hello StorQuest I been dealing with Anita a little over 2 years. I have been treated with kindness and honesty since I been here. Nothing satisfys me more than great customer service! Shes an awesome gal! Oh and the facility is definitely top notch!
