Most amazing Dr's. Office. Friendly staff that really cares about their patients. Dr. Shakespeare has delivered my first born who is 16 and now will deliver my 6th pregnancy and last surrogate journey. His bed side manner is appropriate he doesn't sugar coat things but still has compassion. Trish at the front desk is awesome and his assistant Maggie is wonderful. I would recommend this office to everyone. It will be a sad day when Dr. S decides to retire. The pregnancy world will not be the same.

Review for Nueva Aesthetic: Called and got in the next day. Alicia was great and staff was really nice. Prices were good and not the same confusing pricing systems other places use. I will definitely be back!

I had Dr. Shakespear for my last pregnancy and I do mean last because he also performed my tubal ligation. And am very pleased with both. He was very kind and very reassuring. I loved how he handled my care. Also took some of my fear away about my tubal. I would recommend him to all my friends!!! Thank you for being such a good doctor.

Shakespeare is amazing. He delivered both me and my brother, my 2 kids, my sisters 2 girls and my sister 2 boys. I reccomend him to everyone I know! I wouldn't trust anyone else besides him or dr.walker.

Wonderful place all the way around

The office staff is horrible. They don't answer the phone over half the time, and when you leave them a message, it takes WEEKS for them to get back to you. If you call more than once in a row, they pick up the phone and cop an attitude with you, as if YOU are the problem. Not only that, but they talk down on you, as if they are trying their best to make you feel stupid.

I am supposed to be seen every 6 months because I'm on a cancer watch, and decided to switch doctors because I hear so many good things about Dr. Shakespeare. Unfortunately I will never know if he lives up to his reputation because the staff couldn't be bothered enough to get me in.

I have been trying to be seen since February, and they called me today, the day of my appointment that was rescheduled THREE TIMES already, saying we need to reschedule AGAIN and the earliest I can be seen is August 1st. Not only that, I was scheduled for the WRONG DOCTOR!! If they would have scheduled me with Dr. Shakespeare, I would not have been asked to reschedule for the FOURTH time today.

I expressed my concerns, and the office ladies honestly couldn't care less. They really need to get it together, because they are making the doctors look bad. I will never recommend this place to ANYONE! I am honestly so disappointed because I had such high hopes for this place...

Awful experience. When I asked for my records I had to explain why I wanted them and because I wanted to know more about the possibility of a vbac he dropped me as a patient. Dr. Shakespeare told me he was not going to "waste his time" on someone looking around. Very unethical and obviously all about the money and not about not what's best for me.

I've left messages. No one there ever!!! Answers the phone nor do they ever call you back. Don't waste your time leaving messages. Horrible business etiquette period.
