My hats off to the new manager!! She hasn’t been there long but she’s making big changes and I’ve gotten more help from her in the last couple months than I have, EVER, over the years I’ve been there. If I’m being 💯 I almost moved to a new storage facility. But this new manager has really gone above and beyond and has changed my entire outlook on this company! Kudos to her! ♥

This has been a big issue at this specific facility. It’s been over a month and still isn’t fixed. Also they decided to keep the gate locked on Sundays? This isn’t fair to us as customers, when we agreed to our rental agreement we were told we would have access 7 days a week with early morning access to our units.

Gate was fixed shortly after this review, thanks again for making things right and giving us the access we the customers were promised!!!

Denies did a wonderful job at showing the units, and getting the best fit for me. She had a ton of patience as I had a grumpy toddler. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs it! Great experience. Overall satisfied
