To say Luis did a wonderful job would be an understatement. He explained everything as he went, checked and double-checked connections and fittings, and even found a faulty brand new valve and brought it to my attention and replaced it right away. He shows that he cares about the customer and makes sure the job is done right. I'm definitely calling Titan Plumbing and asking for Luis next time!

The dispatcher was very friendly and so helpful when I initially booked the call to have my tankless water heater serviced. They were able to come out the next day and were very professional. Both the lead tech, Luis and his helper Carlos figured out the issue and charged me a fair price for the work. I definitely would recommend Titan as an honest and dependable plumbing company.

I have been using Titan for my plumbing issues for a few years now. The office staff are always friendly and accommodating. The workman call when they are on their way, are courteous, and work efficiently. I am very pleased with Titan.

Best Company in Bakersfield California!!!!! I had got ripped off an screwed by other companies, who wanted to take advantage. I had a Gentleman by the name Luis Campo and his co worker. They finished fast, they found the problem and delivered a solution along with not trying to make a financial gain off of me. For reference I was quoted $5000 for a "broken" pipe clean out and some digging etc. Not only was there no broken pipe but Titan plumbing wasn't there to take advantage of me! I can not express my gratitude to this company! It is hard to find honest people in an industry that very few know anything about! I would give that entire staff a raise!

A huge thank you to Carlos and Omar for coming out. These guys were gentlemen through and through. They arrived on time and were thorough in their inspection and even stuck around to make sure that their repair was good. They looked at the room on the other side of the adjacent wall and even went under my house and took photos. They were polite and took the time to explain it all without being condescending at all. After a horrible experience with Bakersfield Plumbing Co. Inc. the day prior these guys made everything much easier to manage today.

Titan Plumbing came and repaired and replaced our toilet base flange that Stockdale Kit and Bath installed poorly. Would highly recommend Titan Plumbing.

The pipe in my back yard broke and completely flooded my yard on a Saturday. I called and they came out within an hour. They fixed everything very quickly and were very helpful. They were super polite and efficient. I will only call them from now on! 10/10!!!

10/10 service. As you can imagine, stepping out of the shower into a pool of sewage water that’s leaked from under your toilet isn’t the best way to start the morning. The guys at Titan Plumbing were able to get someone out within the hour to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. The overall process took about 45 mins, from the moment I quelled my rage long enough to make the phone call to Titan Plumbing to when they were pulling away from my house.

As a landlord it can be stressful to find a good plumber as often companies up the price because they know that I have to get certain things fixed, that is why I am so grateful to have found Titan Plumbing, they are reasonably priced and extremely professional. Luis and Victor went out to the rental and were extremely professional from start to finish that I ended up having them do some preventative work as well. Even my tenants commented on how they felt Luis was very professional and polite. I will definitely use them in the future.

We had a clogged toilet and had another company comeout and charge is 325.00 to unlclog it. It clogged again after half day. The company wanted to charge us 425.00 to fix it. We called titan plumbing and omar and David came and gave us an honest estimate and they did a great job. I would recommend titan plumbing to anyone who has plumbing issues!

Titan installed a sink for me a year ago and did a great job. I just moved and they hauled away that same sink. Everything went well and they were friendly, professional, and easy to work with as always. Titan has a wonderful group of staff and technicians and I recommend their services!

Last year Titan Plumbing replaced all of my water lines in my mobile home. I was very pleased with their work and have had no issues at all afterwards. So when I needed a new dishwasher installed I called them again. They were able to come next day and arrived on time and accessed the situation and got right to work. I also needed the under sink plumbing replaced due to my DIY efforts previously. They knew exactly how to get the job done. They had all the parts needed except the power cord, which strangely was not in the box with d washer. A fast trip was made to get one. I will not hesitate to call Titan Plumbing again. Thanks

I am so pleased with Titan Plumbing; I needed a professional plumber to install a pressure valve regulator for water main and raise it higher from ground. Luis went above and beyond working for hours until the job was done. He is very knowledgeable, professional and communicates well. He kept me informed on what he was doing. He cleaned everything up before leaving, has great work ethic. I highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you for your service, was a very good experience under a stressful situation for me.

Water heater Repair; Called Robo Plumbing and they had a man out within one hour. He fixed the problem with a new thermocouple. Please with the prompt service and cost. Hot water is BACK ON!

So impressed with Luis and Jason! I've had them out to my rental and today to my home. On both occasions they were able to diagnose and fix an issue that another company couldn't, and both times for a fair price. They were on time, had excellent communication skills and exceptional knowledge and experience. Luis saved me a lot of money by taking a day to search for an obsolete part rather than open up a wall in order to put in a new piece I would have needed to purchase. In the future, Titan will be the FIRST plumbing company I call!

I've had some bad experiences this month trying to get a plumber to come by to do three small jobs at my home. Either they don't return your calls, or tell you they have no availability for the next 8 weeks, or schedule a visit and then don't make it out to your place because all the jobs they piled up before you took longer than expected. Titan was the only place that picked up the phone when I called and they responded quickly, sending their guys out within a couple of hours of me calling. They did a great job!

This company is awesome. Fixed water issue under my sink. I had a issue in my shower that a previous plumber said I would have to cut into my wall. Nope!! These guys fixed it with no problem. I was so grateful! Reasonably priced and knowlegable. This is my plumbing company.

Titan plumbing came out for a free estimate and they were on time. Admittedly the quote felt expensive. However, that's the cost of business these days. It was a fair price. I will say that I appreciated the techs response to my cost concerns, he showed empathy and that went a long way with me. I called titan the next day to give them the job. They came out the next day, on time and professionally completed the job. The tech was nice, explained the job and the ladies on the phone were courteous and helpful. I'm usually skeptical about trade businesses. Titan earned my patronage should I need them in the future...and I'm sure that I will. Thank you for supporting veterans 🙏

Our experience with Titan Plumbing was excellent. The plumbers who showed up were prompt and knowledgeable. We had a situation that was an emergency and happened at midnight. Thankfully they fixed the problem and we have not had any issues. We highly recommend Titan Plumbing.
