My Vet and Pets Drive-Thru Veterinary Clinic

Today was the scariest day of my
Life as a fur Mom. Specially because a lot of vet clinics don’t take emergency walk in but Vet & Pets took my baby Rocky. His an active and happy English bulldog and couldn’t open his eyes. He was in pain and teary and I didn’t know what to do or to make him feel better. I called and the nice lady gave me an appointment right away. Dr. Lennox is very nice and you can tell she loves animals. She took my Rocky in with care,examined him and made him open his eyes at the end of his appointment. She was compassionate talked about the treatment options and gave reasonable pricing. She gave us medication for Rocky to come home pain free and straight to bed as seen in the photo. I really appreciate the care and service! Thank you to all the my Vets & Pets team! They are amazing and make sure you use their drive through!!! It’s the best and only way the find parking lol

She takes the time to explain the various options that are available for diagnosis and treatment. She presents a thoughtful plan that is sensitive to both the benefit and cost. She will love your pet almost as much as you do. The cats like her, too.

We have two cats (Luke & Leia) and Dr. Lennox has been such an incredible help to them with her patience, knowledge, and generosity of time. More than once I've left a voicemail for Dr. Lennox with a few questions or concerns, and she always calls me back and spends as much time as necessary to explain the situation, possible concerns and remedies, and to answer other questions. She clearly loves animals and wants to ensure that those in her care get the best attention, and that their owners get all the information to make the best decisions. Thanks Dr. Lennox!

She saved me a lot of money. And took excellent care of my dog. She will be my permanent doctor for my dog from now on.

First time here for my Kali and Colombia. She explained everything and the prices to. We made a plan as to when should the kitties get there next vaccines and medication. She even helped me trim one of my cat nails.

Came here for my puppies deworming and vaccines and was very quick and convenient. They gave me all the meds my puppy needed to be on the path to feeling better. The vet was kind and very informative. Will def be coming back for future visits.

Have an older Bishon who was not himself and due to get on a plane in less than 24 hours. Other emergency facilities were warning of a 6 hour wait, so after several calls to others, found this place. Dr Lennox was able to give an appointment time within a few hours. Listened to my description of symptoms and history, ran detailed test sent us off with medication and a promise my Bishon would be better soon and he was and did perfect on the flight. Definitely would recommend this unique office if one needs a vet in the South Bay.

Dr. Lennox is awesome. She's very caring and compassionate. I wont go anywhere else for my fur babies care.

Dr. Lennox is Amazing. Today was me and my dogs first time here with My Vet and Pets Clinic and had the best experience ever. She was really sweet, even though my dog had a temper. She was very helpful in providing information about insurances, and the cost of treatments. Very very reasonable prices and we even got a sample bag of dog food. Will definitely be returning and recommending her office.

Love this vet. Super helpful whenever our cat was not feeling well and knew exactly how to help her out. Really lucky to have found her!

My kids have brought their pets here both times emergency. This time around,due to covid we waited outside while Lola was inside getting treatment. It was pretty hard not to be by Lola's side during her exam & treatment. The staff Communicated well every step. Explained things thoroughly . The nurse that brought Lola back outside was very caring towards Lola & My daughter. She took her time to explain post care. She was awesome. The staff was awesome as well.

Dr. Lennox is so caring! She explains everything very clear, she is so sweet with all the animals that visit her clinic, and her customer service is fantastic! She is very busy with appointments back to back but you see her running all around the place checking-in people, taking the pet inside, coming back out to update you, and then running back in to get your invoice! She is a hard worker!!! I even witnessed how another client’s dog came running to her super excited to see her and that says so much about how our pets love her! My dog can get nervous at times and when she takes Luna you see Luna calm down and feeling safe with Dr. Lennox. More people need to write reviews about this great place because these are the kinds of local businesses we need in our community! I really like this clinic and the drive through concept is super cool!

Dr. Lennox is the best vet ever... She answers all my questions, she's personable, and she has a great sense of humor. She is an excellent communicator. My cats are so lucky to have her.

Most of the big clinics send out assistants who don't have all the answers or have not been the one working with your cat to come out to the car and relay the doctor's observations to you. Leaving a game of "telephone" to determine what to do with your sick pet..
Meanwhile, My Vet and Pets is directly from the doctor, so considerate and actually listens to the details of my concerns as well.

Took my cat in for his first vet appointment in years. I did call the day before to make his reservation. Dr. Lennox was very knowledgeable. She gave me great advice on his diet, suggested a new flea medication and recommended a pet insurance provider. I’m really happy I took my cat here!

Dr. Lennox was fantastic! I took my two fur babies in for their first visit with her and she so kind to them as they are a little nervous around new people. She's thorough in her explanations and advise for treatments. She's a keeper!

Dr. Lennox is WONDERFUL, and helps me immensely whenever I have called upon her. She takes the time to explain everything really well, and she successfully treated my two kitties that had URIs. She gave me guidance on diet when one kitty had crystals in her urine.
She also took time to help me with the welfare of a couple of neglected dogs, which I am forever grateful to her for. It is so reassuring to have her close by. Her staff is friendly and helpful to. We will definitely return!

Dr. Lennox is awesome! Brought in my kitten for her first vet appointment and she was very honest and upfront about costs and procedures. I have no experience caring for a kitten but I feel confident Dr. Lennox will help us ensure Coco grows up happy and healthy.

Dr. Lennox is a Godsend. My cat had a very complicated infection and after SEVEN different doctors - one who even suggested cutting out my cat's eardrum and giving 4 injections a day, Dr Lennox went through the chart in close detail and created a treatment plan that cured my cat completely. She saved my cat's life and made her comfortable. Without question, I recommend Dr Lennox and will drive from anywhere to have her take care of my pets. Everytime my cat makes me smile, I know that I owe the smile to her expertise.
