Got a throughout knowledge of my first pellet stove from a very knowledgeable technician.

Excellent customer service! Called for a minor problem and the nice lady told me how to fix it and even walked me thru while on phone, very helpful and saved me a $100 service charge to boot! Wonderful to have such a store like this in our small town.

Heat Source came to my house to clean my wood stove chimney. They arrived with in the time frame stated, worked quickly, cleaned up the stove and at the price quoted. Very professional.

It's a small place with the friendly staff and easy to talk to, seems like they have good prices, i will be looking to have them clean the chimney and maybe put in a Pellet stove.
