Tuft & Needle Mattress Store

I was agonizing over getting the right mattress for weeks and a friend recommended going to Tuft and Needle in Glendale. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and very patient. I was able to take my time and test all the mattresses and walked out with a new mattress! Definitely recommend to anyone ready to get off the internet and go check out options in person. Amazing service. The women welcomed me in with warm smiles. I got to get comfortable in the bed to purchase the perfect pillow! My dog ended up testing some of the doggy beds herself. She walked out with a new bed and I finally got my dream pillows!

I've got to give major kudos for my experience replacing a T&N mattress. I owned it for seven years, and saw their ten-year warranty so I thought I'd check it out. The team assigned to me, Marcie and Marissa were the best. Fast, efficient, and when I didn't understand their photo request, (illustrating the sagging) they walked me through it. A week later I had a new mattress (with new upgrades) on my door step. I will always be a T&N customer. Professional, courteous, and much more!

I loved being able to try the mattress in person. I was going to go with a different online brand but decided on Tuft and Needle because I could see what would be best for my bad back.

Fantastic customer service without pressure or upselling. Johannes (sp?) was so helpful and kind and we ended up choosing a mint hybrid. The mint felt too soft and the original was really nice but the mint hybrid felt by far the most comfortable. absolutely loving our mattress!!

Shannon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products that their store had to offer. The mattresses are very comfortable and are conveniently placed in boxes that you can fit into your car and take home same day, if they have it in stock. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone!

Went in the other day for a new mattress and some pillows due to my back pain and can’t stress how much it’s saved me! I went in and was greeted by Rebecca who was incredibly helpful and informative. She was knowledgeable about every item and suggested a few things for me. I ended up with a mint hybrid, some blankets, and a down pillow. My sleep has been amazing ever since. I highly recommend shopping at this Tuft and Needle location! The layout of the space is so refreshing and calming, it felt so stress free. Irida was so helpful and informative while helping me choose a mattress. I told her what I was looking for a mattress but how I also have lower back pain and she really took that into account when helping me choose the best mattress. I really like that you have about 100 days to try out the mattress and you can exchange or return it if you feel it wasn’t a good match. I think everyone who’s in the market for a new mattress should come check out this location! Such a stress free shopping experience. I left the same day with a Mint mattress :)

Best. Bed. Ever. If you're gonna invest in one high-quality item for your home, invest in this bed. It's WELL worth the price and will do wonders for your physical and mental health. I am so happy to finally own T&N mattress! With so many options these days, I was fortunate enough to visit in person store in Glendale and was pleasantly surprised by exceptional customer service and attentiveness to my needs. Irida helped me choose the product I ended it up with, and explained me the differences between mattresses and helped me make a decision on the purchase. I am super happy about my purchase and will be recommending this store to my family and friends.

My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful experience at this location!! Their customer service is unbeatable— Chelsea was sooo fantastic and made the whole process effortless & fun! I was skeptical of the whole bed in a box concept but we ended up absolutely falling in love with the Mint mattress. The foam they use is so unique and unlike memory foam in all the best ways. The mattress feels soft and comfy yet still sturdy and strong. I’m so happy we went into the store! Thank you T&N!

We have three Tuft & Needle mattresses in our home including a topper for the guest room. The mattresses are incredibly comfortable. I've noticed I don't toss and turn at night and sleep straight through the night. I feel more rested. Highly recommend Tuft & Needle in Glendale - amazing staff!!! Thank you!!!

Tuft and Needle mattresses and product are my absolute favorite. My husband and I went in the store to try out the Hybrid mattress, by far the best customer service from Kelli and Chelsea, so helpful and welcoming. We previously have purchased the Mint mattress and Kelli provided us with the foam topper that feels absolutely amazing to go with the mattress. We also left the store with the Hybrid mattress and a bed frame all in boxes. So convenient!!! Thanks Kelli and Chelsea for the amazing customer service.

Highly recommend coming in person and trying out these mattresses before buying. They have them set up with the sheets and pillows so it’s a true to feel experience! The mint blew me away, but I ended up choosing the hybrid at the end. Went back and forth between the mattresses a ton, and Chelsea was super helpful in talking me through all the differences. There was NO pressure at all to buy and it was the smoothest experience I’ve ever had buying something. Highly suggest coming in and ask for Chelsea.

I was so happy a family member told us about this company when my husband and I were looking to replace our mattress. We planned to purchase a mattress at a major department store. So glad we didn’t!

I scheduled an appointment online and arrived to the store with my two sons. The store was immaculately clean and comfortable. The store manager and the associate were amazing. They answered all my questions with any sales pressure.

Fast forward after ordering my mattress and receiving it (mint mattress) in less than a week. It’s the best sleep I’ve had in years. Incredibly soft with the perfect amount of firmness. We can’t wait to go to bed every night:)

Haven't bought a mattress yet, but I'll probably go T+N. Whether or not I do, the staff at this store (Kelli, Luke, and Chelsea) were very, very helpful and friendly. They talked me through which mattress was which and let me try each of them out for several minutes at a time, affording me some privacy to take notes, shift positions, and go back and forth between mattresses.

The store also felt very clean and safe, and I saw them start disinfecting the mattresses as soon as I was done. They were also very informative and helpful when I expressed some of my concerns and thoughts after trying each of the mattresses out. And the cherry on top: I told them I was going to go to some other local stores next, and they sent me on my way with a few disposable pillow protectors just in case the other stores didn't have any available.

I liked one of the T+N mattresses best of all the ones I tried that day, but even if I didn't pick one of their mattresses, the folks at this store were great. Helpful, low-pressure, courteous, and really friendly.

This review is specifically for Chelsea and Luke who work at the Tuft & Needle in Glendale, CA. I already love the Tuft & Needle mattress, but the customer service I received today was amazing. Chelsea and Luke are a customers dream! I went into the store to exchange a mattress and these two went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed.
