Father and son are both shady.

Facts:
1. 2017 Kia Forte EX advertised on FB Marketplace at the dealership. On visiting, they were selling an LX and the car was in a backyard junk area. On asking why this was the case, he had no answer.
2. I asked to take the car onto the Freeway for a test drive and the owner said no because the car didn't have plates. While this is true, I was surprised he didn't have dealer plates that dealers use for cars on test drives (seems like the only one he had was on his Maserati Ghibli that he was driving around and pulled up in, lol). What was more shady was that the car had plates in the trunk, so I asked why not simply use those plates to which again he didn't have an answer.
3. The Carfax report showed the car had been in a front and side accident that was confirmed on a visual inspection since under the hood and a visual inspection of the tire walls you could see missing wall covering and molded, repaired metal. Yet, the owner mentioned the car suffered from a light rear end only.
4. On asking to see the title, initially I was denied. Later on they showed a repo title and the car being bought from Manheim auction. While there is nothing wrong with this, when I first asked if the car was bought at auction he mentioned maybe and wasn't sure since the paperwork was at the dealership. Again, shady — they don't sell cars in any volume and he tried to conceal the details.
5. He mentioned he would file all the paperwork at the dmv, through his dealership, and if the vehicle was purchased. Soon after, the tune changed and he was asking me to complete title transfer.
6. Sensor, ABS, Traction control sensors went off like Christmas lights — quite disappointing and funny at the same time while I was asked to believe this car was in excellent condition. The car suffered heavy damages and wouldn't drive straight around the block. Yes, it was this bad.
7. Let me put it this way. The car was so bad, it didn't even get to be parked on the dealership drive. Without mentioning this, both father and son tried to sell the car as a used car in excellent condition.
8. Lack of professionalism: They had soda bottles through out the car and didn't even bother cleaning it out.
9. Reported to the DMV and Better Business Bureau.

I got a SUV on December 5, frome them and a lot of mechanical problems started to come on the first day i got they told me to take it back so they can work on it after a week they had i picked it up and that same day it overheated and my check engine came on so its 3rd week and they still have it i think they don't care about the costumers because till this day they haven't gave me any reason or pick up day so im just paying insurance and my car is coming up next month
