Always real courteous kind the employees and willing to help with the app amen. And of course the iced coffees are awesome

I enjoyed the food it was prepared well, they did make one of the burgers incorrect so we technically didn't get the burger we ordered. It was still a good burger though. The service was questionable. I'm sure it doesn't happen often but my order was lost in translation I got half out the window and they thought they handed it all out and the cars started piling in behind me. When they came up confused I let them know I was still waiting on the other half of my order which scrambled them more because they couldn't remember what half of the order was handed out already. They were all very calm and patient which made the entire situation much better. I could tell the manager may have been frustrated due to lack of team work and efficiency throughout the team but they pulled through. So all in all even with some of the chaos that I'm sure the cars behind me didn't experience except the having to be patient part. It was a good stop and great food for fast food.

I had the Halloween shake and it was AMAZING! I also love their tacos.

Sorry no pictures, but, I can say, the burger was so hot it burnt my fingers while I ate it. The fries were hot and crispy and just the right amount of grease.😁 I am very happy I stopped there for lunch. It is on California right near Stockdale.

My food was alll fresh @ 8:30pm , Great customer service tonight as well. I believe the lady was all on her own.

Service is good, me personally I have to give to thumbs up on workers right there such as Juan I am a handicap lady as I walk in and order they where kind to me and he was such a gentleman in taking my food to my truck.

I get off late from work and want something late night so there opened and tacos all ways fresh. There are times I go in for lunch or breakfast and there food is Always fresh and service is great.

I love the taco deals that they have at Jack in the Box! At the time, I had a gift card w/a small amount of change! Although they were having problems ringing it up, I was treated to a fresh, hot, cup of coffee, & my card left enough for a cup on another day!!

Yes I love Jack In The Box! It is my go to place when I am at the GET Bus Downtown Transit Center. I can get something great to eat at a reasonable price and still make my bus connection. And the staff at the Downtown location are excellent, friendly, and very competent. And my service dog Conri loves his plain hamburger too!

Food was good but got the wrong drinks. Went through drive thru.

(Covid experience) Employees are friendly and courteous. They're covered up and distant but overall it's ok. The food was great well packed and tasty, will probably return.

Very hot in Bakersfield Ca, This is a nice place to get something cold. I had a trailer so I don't know how the drive through was. It was very cool inside.

Jack n thebox always has hot deliciousness of fast food always comes through when I need a couple of those famous to tacos...Jack n the box is still impressing me after 50 years...good job Jack n the box

Jack in the Box is always my first destination when I need hot, affordable meals! Their two for $1.00 tacos can't be beat!
