I was here for a little over three months. I had a great experience. Chris and Steve both helped me each time I visited my unit. Both guys are personable, helpful and fun to talk to. Steve went the extra mile when I checked out with a financial matter so that was appreciated too.

As a first-time customer to the company, Steve helped me thru a couple of issues I had when buying a unit. His calm and helpful demeanor helped ease many of my worries and he kindly answered all the questions I had. Thanks to him, my experience was very positive.

Parked my car here for a solid 6 months, and it's hands down the best spot, especially being right next to LAX. My ride stayed safe and sound throughout. The team even unplugged my battery before I left, and it fired right up when I returned. Only downer was my car cover pulling a disappearing act in the wind. Lesson learned: next time, straps are a must. A heads-up from the place would've been appreciated, but besides that, I've got no complaints!

Chris went above and beyond to support my transition from one unit to another and fix some hiccups in the system. He made sure I know I was going to be taken care of. I will always consider Extra Space Storage in my future storage needs. Thank you Chris for being a hero during my move back to Hawaii.

At the very last minute I need a spot to store my car and Christian helped me right away. In and out in minutes and he was so nice, informative and thorough. I would recommend Extra Space to anyone. Thanks again Christian you’re the best!!

Chris was amazing. I arrived a little after they opened and he was able to accommodate me. He explained to me the storage unit a had and I ended switching to a different one and he was able to provide me with better storage for a great price. Definitely would recommend and it’s right next to the airport!
