RockIt Body Pilates

Love love love! I started coming to RockIt Body when I was 8 weeks pregnant. Pilates was amazing throughout my pregnancy and postpartum journey - I’m a lifer now. All the girls here are so sweet and the best instructors.

I love this place! It is clean and the instructors are amazing. I've been going here for just shy of a year and my life is better because of it. I have tried many workout classes over the years and reformer pilates is a game changer! I was hesitant to try pilates as my balance/vision is a bit off from a brain injury but this has helped me so much with that and I feel stronger than I ever have. I highly recommend this local, women-owned business.

I had my first class with Izzy at Rockit Body and it was so fun! She is so high energy, fun and sweet - she made me feel comfortable with the reformer and helped explain all the moving parts. She also whooped my butt - still sore two days later! Highly recommend this studio (clean, smelled like bougie candles, and easy parking out front!) and Izzy <3

Rockitbody offers an amazing workout. You'll hear it from everyone, this isn't your regular pilates studio, it's fitness Pilates, and offers a 50 minute effective full body workout. I keep coming back due to the rapid changes I've seen in my abs and glutes specifically. If you're looking for a fun & welcoming studio with some of the very, very best instructors in the south bay, I highly recommend this studio.

Everyone I met including the students were very nice. It was my first time at RockIt Body and was warned 'it's not your avagerage Pilates class'. They were right! It's fast pace and intense. I was a little lost since it was my first class but didn't feel discouraged and still got an amazing workout. Best Pilates workout ever!
