After shopping around nationally for a 15 passenger Ford Transit I decided Next Level Auto was my best option. Ken was incredibly helpful and responsive as I was planning to travel to CA from NM to make the purchase from their inventory. The customer service was above and beyond. We hit a few "speedbumps" during the purchase process but Ken worked with me to get the best interest rate and work within my budget. He even drove me around a bit because I flew in and didn't have a rental car. Knowing I had to immediately put 800 miles on the van to get home he made sure his mechanic looked it over before I left the lot. My only complaint is the gas tank was empty and I had to buy a full take on L.A. prices. I also noticed, when I got home, that there was no cabin filter. Overall, the vehicle made the whole journey, past DOT inspection, landed within my budget, and was as easy a process as it probably could have been.

We recently decided we need a larger vehicle to caravan our 6 teenagers and their friends to/from school and extracurricular activities. We were in search of a 12 passenger ford transit. We came upon Next Level. Ken was open and honest and upfront from the beginning. We ended up making the trek to Hawthorne to look at one of the vehicles. My position is the Director of Operations and was given the task to purchase (2) newer Ford 12 Passenger Vans for Maranatha High Shool in Pasadena , Ca. After an extensive search, I was very fortunate to find Next Level Auto Center. Next Level had (2) 2022 Ford XL/XLT 350 12 Passenger Vans with low miles. The price was very reasonable. I spoke with Ken prior to visiting the center. Ken and I meet the following day and he showed me both vans. I was very impressed, both vans were alomost new and in excellent condition. I immediately told Ken the high school will take the vans. Ken understood the process in arranging the purchase with the high school. Ken agreed to allow me plenty of time to arrange the purchase. 3 days later, I along with a colleague picked up the vans. The vans were detailed and ready. The high school will be in the market to purchase 2 additional vans in April/May 2025. I will not hesitate in contacting Ken and purchasing from Next Level Auto Center. Ken is upfront and this was a no hassle purchase. I highly recommend Ken and Next Level Auto Center if you are considering a new pre-owned van.

Just bought my 2018 Ford Transit and am very happy with the service and support from Ken and team at Next Level. They took the time to understand what I was needing and we able to provide the perfect vehicle to meet my needs. As the vehicle was used, I also took it to the local for dealer to do a full inspection. Everything checked out. So between the great, and responsive, service; getting me into the right vehicle to meet my needs; and having confidence that the vehicle is ready to roll, I can only say thank you to Ken and the Next Level team.

Worked with Ken at Next Level Auto Center to purchase a transit van. Liked that the website was accurate about inventory. Liked that Ken was very timely and answered our questions and helped us through the process of purchasing the vehicle. Just know that Next Level does separate out certain items from the listed price shown on the site, specifically the tracking system, back-up alarm, UV-window tinting (which was already on the vehicle, but wasn't included in the cost), and these become an accessories line item. It's best to ask what these items are and figure out if you really need them for your purchase. We are happy with our purchase - a vehicle that still had the manufacturer's warranty, which we extended.

My family member was searching for a new used vehicle and we came across the dealer that had a Nissan pick up truck available for sale. The lot has plenty of utility and work trucks in good
condition. Very helpful sales person Ken. He explained all terms and conditions to the pick up we went to see. We decided to purchase the pick up and process was well explained and fast. We appreciate all the staff involved. We will be recommending this dealer to family and friends.

As a tangible example of what I'm writing, when we first purchased our Ford Transport, one item wasn't working great initially, so Ken drove all the way to our house to swap it out for us - that's 2 hours away from their location. Have you ever received that type of service from an auto dealer? Talk about red-carpet service. Love these folks and I highly recommend them!
