McDonald's

The 2023 McRib seems to have been upgraded compared to last year. The bun feels softer and the sauce less aggressive. Loved it!

Today, December 2, 2022, I went to this restaurant and there was a lot of movement and even with so much movement I was very well attended and I go to many restaurants in the chain I asked for the password to the bathroom and it was very clean (that was really amazing ) you are to be congratulated and many thanks to the employees who were at the till for being so sweet and cordial to me today success.

They are always very kind in their attention, I recommend them... 💯

Not much open late at night in this area, McDonald's to the rescue. The line up was quite long, but the service was quick and thorough so the wait time was kept to a minimum.

Really great staff they show great grit and patience this is one of the busiest locations I’ve seen and threw it all they keep a smile and a healthy attitude they inspire me to be better Love this location also the kitchen seem to have great leadership!

They have it nice and clean the workers can handle the pressure and they are polite and never encounter a problem what's so ever I highly recommend eating here I love coming here.

This mc donalds customer service in general is not that great. However they have an employee at the drive thru named Ms. FREMOTH who is extremely professional , courteous and awesome, she usually greets customer with a smile and always makes the visit really pleasant. I am surprised they still have her at the drive thru since I think she should be the manager , she has the patience, skills and knowledge to manage this mc donalds. I want to point out the current manager is not professional , and is very rude . I hope corporate reads this review as they have not appreciated Ms. FREMOTH enough as she is the only reason why I keep on going back to this mc donalds . I feel she should be in a higher position. This is my honest review . I feel that the same way we usually point out negatives we should point out Positives. And Ms. FREMOTH is a big positive for this location.

We love McDonald's but the line for the drive thru is insane. Cars driving up trying to cut off other drivers that have been waiting patiently. As a customer service employee I know nothing can be done about the homeless. I pray that your employees are safe

The fish burger was done very well, and most of the food seemed delicious. I liked that they helped a homeless man and let him quietly sleep in the corner.

This place is very relax the coffee is good strong!

The service is always friendly and attentive, too. I highly recommend McDonald's if you're looking for a delicious and affordable meal.

I enjoy going here to pick up deliveries are very cordial there and they're on their job they're on point there's always forks knives spoons condiments hot sauces straws always at inside the back always I've never found a bag there I've taken to deliver and there wasn't condiments it sometimes I'll check I'll check before I leave the restaurant and make sure but most of the time is already there and they're not cheap with her cup holders and to help a driver make his job a little bit easier if I appreciate these people I appreciate the owner they have stepped up their game across the street they started the shopping mall over there and there's more traffic downtown now that it's been gentrified these people have stepped up their game got good food little pricey but you pay what you get you pay for what you get I highly recommend Farmer Brothers highly

Food here is a bit and miss sometimes it's on and great other times it's like sheesh my food is over cooked and the fries aren't fresh.

Medium sized outlet fairly busy all day.
Staff polite nicely.
Service fairly quick actually.
McDee prices slowly creeping up though.
Busy location next to a Food4Less.

The service is fast and friendly. The food always tastes good & fresh. I especially like the walk up for take out. Last time I was here, there was no indoor dining. Face masks are required. Please keep this walk up window.

This restaurant has some amazing employees working here. My. Credit card/POS was giving me trouble ( we couldn't pin point the issue?). An employee named
Ashley, who deserves to be " employee of the month" paid my bill out of her own pocket. Talk about going above and beyond. Shes amazing. Thank you so much McDonald's for hiring wonderful people.
Overall the staff is so kind and extremely hard working.

Quick service and the quality of the food was not sacrificed. I ordered alterations for my sandwiches and they came exactly as ordered. Should be expected but you'd be surprised how many other places can't follow simple instructions. I pay extra for bacon and of course get upset when it's not there. Great work McDonald's.
