It was great, I called in the morning and they were able to see my daughters a few hours later. I took them to see Tatiana at My Hair Helpers and it was a great experience. They let the children watch TV as they comb through their hair. It was quick and painless, and they even got a treat before we left. I bought some peppermint products and would highly suggest anyone who even thinks their children, or they may have lice to go see these professionals. It was clean and welcoming, and now I have piece of mind that we are all clear.

Tatiana was really sweet with my niece and was really taking her time to educate our family throughout the process. We learned so much and felt supported to not feel overwhelmed about the lice situation.

I was thrilled to have Diana as my lice technician. She was very meticulous and even provided a lesson on how to properly part and check my children's hair. Their recheck program, which includes a 30-day warranty, is incredibly useful for unexpected lice exposure. Returning for a recheck is definitely worthwhile. After attempting to eradicate these nasty buggies on our own, they came back. Called Hair Helpers and got a same day appt to our home (because the thought of wrangling my four kids to a salon sounded terrible)

The technician, Belle, came right when scheduled, was AMAZING with my squirmy 2 year old, and was so patient with the 5 year old that had an insurprise.

It's pricey but worth the peace of mind and and convenience of me not having to do it. And the pricing is upfront and reviewed multiple times, so there are no surprises.

Best place ever! I call them the lice fairies. We’ve gone to Belle once when my daughter had a bad case of lice. I wish we would have gone immediately… it was magical… instantly gone!!! We just recently went again for a lice check because of an exposure… super worth it! Very reasonably priced and worth every penny to buy the lice prevention spray and comb. Combs are not all equal, and this comb can get everything! The owner Amy is super great too. It’s definitely a good business to support.

I highly recommend my hair helpers to anyone looking to get treated for lice. I called Amy and she was able to book a same day appointment for myself and my daughter. We visited their Redondo Beach location and it was very clean. Our appointment was with Diana and she was amazing! She was very welcoming, friendly and informative. She answered all of the questions I had. We left our appointment feeling very happy and satisfied that she thoroughly helped us get rid of the lice on our heads. I truly hope we never experience lice again but if we do we will definitely return here.

Worth every dollar! Our mobile salon tech was Cynthia and she is just so knowledgeable and reassuring! Our little one had a light/medium infestation on scalp and I was so overwhelmed with the situation. But Amy was able to book me same day appointment in the evening which was very convenient. The communication is great and services were great. Cynthia gave us so many pointers and advice. Excellent services hands down!
