Great customer service, originally went just to check out prices and see what’s the trade in value of my car. As the day went on I slowly got more interested in getting a car and before I left I ended up leaving in a 2018 dodge Durango and traded me car. Excellent customer service and super understanding and non pressured.

Let me start off by saying, we usually buy our vehicles from a ford dealership. The dealership inventories were slim to none on what I was looking for. I was looking for a 4WD F150 or F250 with a good accessory package and an unusual color. I found them by extending my search on car gurus. I saw the truck and took the drive from the Running Springs area. I was pleasantly surprised at the shape and mileage and the detailed maintenance history of the truck. And it checked all my boxes, Lariat, 4WD, and Bronze Fire color to boot. Alex was extremely helpful in getting us through the process of trading in my 2013 F150 and getting into this 2015 F150. The trade in price was more than fair. The process did take a little longer because of me. I wanted my new tires and 2018 take offs switched to the truck I was buying. Eric was extremely helpful in getting this done. He went above and beyond, going to two different shops to get this done. It worked out for us both. Both vehicles actually looked better with the swapped wheels. Eric again helped after the sale. I was a little concerned about the plates and registration taking too long. I received the plates a couple days later by registered mail. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them, they have all makes and models and seem to make sure the vehicles they have are a little different. As in having the upper luxury packages and the colors that are not common. I didn't see one junker on the lot, which is unusual for a used car lot. These people definitely know what they are doing, and I wish them much success.

Opted to get an M5 at Pro X rather than BMW, turned out to be a great decision. Saved money + the staff is cool and helped accommodate all my requests beyond the car, such as extended warranty, etc...

Special shout out to Frank for all the back and forth with great advice (he's the guy with the world class beard). He's been happy to help even after the sale is made.
